Dear applicant Thank you for considering CRC Pretoria for your wedding ceremony. In order for us to be able to consider your request we will need a minimum time of 3 to 4 months notice for premarital counseling and date availability. In response to your request, please complete this wedding application form. It is important to provide all information on the application form. If you cannot do so, please call with additional information as soon as you obtain it. Reservations are not final until the completed forms are filed and confirmed with an email sent by the church secretary. Dates without the application cannot be held. We receive many wedding inquiries every year and in some cases the wedding dates surpass. In this case we will contact you to let you know who can do your wedding. It is important that you return the application at once in order for us to save the date that you have in mind. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the enclosed information, please do not hesitate to call. If I am not available, please leave a message with one of the church staff. As soon as your wedding date is confirmed, two to three meetings are required for counseling. We will send you an email to start arranging the counseling meetings.
