The position is a seasonal job lasting three months up to and including 30. september 2012. -------------------------------------------------------------NOTICE OF DISMISSAL PERIOD OF NOTICE Mutual period of notice during the agreement period: 14 days. For employment lasting more than one year, the period of notice is minimum one month. -------------------------------------------------------------PROBATIONARY PERIOD The probationary period is six months. The mutual period of notice during the probationary period is 14 days. If the

employee is absent during the probationary period and this is not due to the employer, the probationary period will be extended by a period corresponding to the period of absence, cf. the Norwegian working environment act, Section 63,subsection 4. -------------------------------------------------------------WORKING HOURS: 07.00-15.30. SALARY AT COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT: Hourly pay: Standard pay for seasonal work NHO Mat & Landbruk/FF with deduction for rent. For the time being nok 104 pr hour. Deduction for rent accommondation nok 2700, pr month. Salary is paid every 14 days. HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY PAY: Holidays and holiday pay are granted in accordance with the provisions of the Norwegian act relating to annual holidays of 29 April 1988. -------------------------------------------------------------COLLECTIVE WAGE AGREEMENT: The following collective wage agreement applies: NHO Mat & Landbruk(Norwegian agricultural employers association), Seksjon Gartneri og landbruk (Section for professional gardening and horticulture) and Fellesforbundet (The Norwegian United Federation of Trade Unions), Seksjon Skog og Land (Section for forestry and agriculture). Pursuant the Norwegian labour disputes act, Section 3, no. 3, any individual agreement conflicting with the above wage agreement will be invalid. -----------------------------------------------------------OTHER DECISIONS REGULATING THE EMPLOYMENT The employment contract is entered into on the conditions stipulated in the applicable wage agreement and in any prevailing employment regulations. Within the limits of the wage agreement/employment regulations and when the conditions necessitate this, the employer has the right to ask the employee to carry out work other than the type of work mentioned above.

If on a pay day, a mistake is made in the payment of salary, the company has the right to make the necessary adjustment in the salary paid on the next pay day, cf. the Norwegian working environment act, Section 55, no. 3, litra c.
