As well as overseeing the three Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zones, 1, 2, and 3, the operations of the Cleburne Conference Center and development efforts for Downtown Cleburne. Cleburne Economic Development handles marketing and related materials, updates of demographic materials, grant applications and incentive program administrations.

OUR MISSION

The Johnson County Builders Association is a nonprofit organization formed to operate for the benefit of builders, remodelers, sub-contractors, and persons or firms and corporations engaged in allied trades, businesses, industries and professions in the County of Johnson, of the State of Texas. The membership consists of building trade professionals and supporting businesses that are the voice of the construction industry and promotes and protects the interest of our members and consumers. Member-tomember recruitment and retention efforts are highly valued because of the grassroots growth and stability they bring to the association. These efforts lend to the development of
