RE:

Dear Sir or Madam, Please be advised this firm represents Getty Images, the leading worldwide provider of digital images. Our client is the exclusive licensor of the copyrighted photograph(s) described in the attached documents, which were originally created by a photographer or photographers who entrust Getty Images with protecting their rights (the Work). The livelihood of the photographer(s) depends upon peoples payment for use of the Work, which is the product of substantial investments of training, time and tools. Getty Images business is to protect photographers copyrights and livelihoods. In that capacity, Getty Images has made several attempts to contact you directly to resolve the unauthorized use of the Work by requesting (1) immediate removal of such Work from your website www. .com, and (2) payment of license fees for your commercial/promotional use of such Work (copies of prior letters are attached for reference). As of July 25, 2011, Getty Images has not received any response from you and, therefore, has retained this firm to handle this matter on its behalf going forward. Your website www. .com has displayed and/or is currently displaying unauthorized copies of the copyrighted Work, which are protected by United States copyright law, Title 17 U.S.C. 101 et. seq. (the Act), as well as international laws and treaties. This protection includes the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute copies of the Work pursuant to Section 106 of the Act. Therefore, your unauthorized use of the Work constitutes copyright infringement under Section 501 of the Act.
