members. i wish them beloved greetings. first i would like to thank CISTA federation. past December 14 th & 15th we had conferences about national small growers meeting; a members has been participated in that conference from Tamilnadu. CISTA has given us all the facilities from the beginning of conference to the end. once again i thank them through our federation from Tamilnadu tea small growers association. before the central budget implementation SISTA president has forward a letter to the honorable financial minister by configuring all the defects we believe that the financial ministry will help us even a letter has been forward to Mr. Madhu Suthanan, The secretary of commercial ministry the members has given a letter to the president of National Tea Board positive results from these letter. Tamilnadu federation has conducted a meeting on feb18th in that conference all primary productive societies has participated and we discussed about all the problems what small growers has been facing and what should be done to the next five years we concluded a meeting to conduct a national workshop conference on up coming May (or) June in Niligirs District. FESTA has take many steps to get a machinery for Tea Small Growers instead of Labour Shortage. Mr. Haridass Should remit Rs.40,000/- to CISTA we S.S. Richard T.J.Jacob and me will take step to remit this 40,000/-amount we collected amount from General Seceretary of CISTA Rs.26,000/- Rs.16,000/- has been collected from secretary. Rs.10,000/- from me has been deposited PRICE

sharing formula has been fixed by the Government for Normal Tea as 65% 35% but the factory owners has fixed the amount for lowest rate. The owners are fixing for low graded teas This type of factories should be taken action by the tea Board and they should come under the formula what the Government has fixed. Government has given some subsides for Tea Small Growers Some intermediated brokers agents are utilizing this subsidies we refer this part to Tea Board. To form a Association of Tea Small Growers no association has step forward till 2005. Firstly CEC nhas come forward to take part of this Tea Small Growers to joint together with an Association today we had joint as an national unit of Tea Small Growers to solve the problems of Tea Small Growers IF A PERSON HIS IN HUNGER DONT GET HIM FOOD MAKE A PATH TO GET A FOOD SO HE NEVER BECOMES A LAZAY. Today many association has been formed to solve the problems of Tea Small Growers this association are stepped in front of the Tea Board and fighting for their rights. Sometimes this subsides (or) facilities which had given by the Tea Board has been part by religious wise (or) Cast wise. In Nilgiri District, Gudalur Taluk carries 1000 of small growers this small growers has joint and found a Primary Producer Company. In this stage a New Invention has come through VJ TEA PRODUCERS PVT LTD., to purchase a leaf bud from 1 lakh kgs daily. Finally FISTA should pay some subscription amount to CISTA this amount due has defaulted by Mr. HariPrasadh by irresponsible activities we our members take responsibilities to pay this subscription amount.
