Ethics relates to character Morality relates to conduct Eg. Is it right to you to disturb your neighbour in the middle of night? is morality issue. Ethics is come from Greek word ethos Means good character/bad character. Morality refers to your conduct How you behave in a group/in community. How you conduct yourself while dealing with others. Come from English word moralis, mores culture, custom. Ethics focus more on character. Morality focuses more on conduct. Good and right in morality always lead to happiness, pleasure, good & excellent. But the happiness, pleasure, good and excellent is not necessarily now. Eg. When you go and see dentist, it is not good, it is hurt, but it good for long term. For those who believe in hereafter good stuff may not be good now but it will good later/ sometime in a future. Bad morality is unhappiness, disappointed, hurt, and painful. Good and right morality always leads to creativity Creativity means creating something rather than disrupt something. Good moral conduct creates something than disrupt the country. Good and right morality always leads to harmony. Eg. 2 countries work together rather than 2 countries fighting each others. Apply to biz What is morally good is when you can create better relationship with other company. What is morally bad is when you destroy/disrupt other company. Morally good lead to happiness, pleasure, excellent, harmony, and creativity it is not necessarily short term. What is good/ what is pleasure is not necessarily morally right it is malicious pleasure/ fades pleasure. What is morally right is always lead to something good. Eg. When you bullying someone, you yourself feel pleasure, it can be morally right, it can be morally wrong. Why? It is create pleasure to you morally right. It is create pain to someone else morally wrong. The question is, the part that create you feel pleasure, is it morally right? NO, it is not. It is malicious pleasure, which is not morally right.

What is morally good/right, it has got to carry some happiness or good in future, not now but hereafter. In Islam, concept morality is akhlak. But akhlak is different from morality.

Immoral is opposite of moral. Normally people refer to sexual misconduct you are immoral person if in commit with person are not your wife or your husband. Immoral is not only referring to sexual misconduct. Immoral person is not in good moral. Amoral those who do not have moral function. Part of brain which tells us what is right, what is wrong malfunction. For amoral person, killing people is just like breaking a cup, it is wrong, can go to jail but why it is wrong, they dont have the sense. Animal amoral do not have moral function. Punishment/ isolate/ reeducate part of morality. Etiquette May not the ethics. Is more convention. It is not illegal not to follow. Something to do with manner. If you not follow bad manner. eg.
