H STOWAGE AND LASHING/SECURING____________________________________________

The cargo was stowed inside holds #2 and #6. Prior to the commencement of stowage, our surveyor visually inspected the mentioned holds. Tank top plating, transverse bulkhead and sides plating were generally in good order. No sign of water leakage was found on the hatch coaming. The holds were found empty, clear and dry, therefore suitable for the loading of wire rod coils. Before the commencement of the stowage, the tank top plating, bulkheads and sides plating of each hold were protected with cardboards and plastic canvas in order to avoid direct contact between cargo and ships parts. The Wire Rod Coils were generally stowed with the axis lengthwise, forming tiers from port side to starboard side inside. Inside the hold#2 the cargo under the Order 82108-07 was stowed protected by cardboards. The lashing was applied with sisal rope tightened by rotation of wooden battens.

Surveyor.
