O & M Engineer(Aircel UPE)

Ensure no disconnections of Electrified sites by timely payments to SEB through the process defined and Liaising

Co-ordination with the Vendors, sharing the rollout plan on monthly basis, ensures the required manpower & resources

to meet the monthly rollout targets, Ensure proper handing over and taking over happening of RFI sites through technicians from Project team, Maintain the NW equipment MIS (Towns covered, BTS operational etc) .
Planning & maintaining of OSP utilities like as DG Set SMPS ,PIU,PAC units fuel etc.
Maintaining and preparing the entire impotent database pertaining to the operation & Management which includes the daily, Weekly and Monthly Dash board for a Close Look of happening in operations.

Analyzing repeated faults and take necessary action to rectify the root cause of fault . Responsible for internal process audit the engineering quality check and process audit. Traces critical project quality problems until they are closed, and puts forward proposals on corrective and preventive activities.

NEC Expertise in installation & commissioning of NEC microwave transmission equipment Have done NEC installation & Commissioning of SDH technology for NEO-i. Excellent knowledge about NEC microwave transmission equipment. Survey of ne site s per custumer strength and do the transmission plnning according to need.
