3) Clearly explain ergonomics or Ergonomics rules which attached with the computers. Word ergonomics means designing or studying devices that suites human body and its movements. Ergonomics and rules attached with the computers simply mean rules that make use of computers more easily and convenient to human body. There are several areas we focus on when discussing computer ergonomics. Wrist support for the keyboard- The elbows are supported and close to the body, with the wrists and hands in line with the forearms

Key board angle- keyboard should be placed so that your arms are parallel with the floor. Chair height and type- Head and neck are balanced and in line with the torso, so you are sitting up straight in your chair and not hunched over the keyboard. Back support- Lower back should be supported in an ergonomic chair or with a pillow. Stools should be avoided when sitting at a computer. The feet should be flat on the floor. Lighting in the room- Lighting: ceiling-suspended, indirect lighting. Use blinds and shades to control outside light. Screen colors: dark letters on a light background. Monitor placement- Eye-to-screen distance: at least 25", preferably more.Vertical location: viewing area of the monitor between 15 and 50 below horizontal eye level. Monitor tilt: top of the monitor slightly farther from the eyes than the bottom of the monitor.
