STEP 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION

NOTE: For concerns regarding enrollment please email the following to law@aps.ateneo.edu: Name Student Number Problem

a. Log-in to your Student Account at http://ateneolaw.ateneo.edu/als/students


Username: Student Number Password: Birthday (MMDDYY) unless you changed your password NOTE: If your passwords not working, try typing it ALL CAPS. If problem persists, email law@aps.ateneo.edu b. Go to the REGISTRATION page i. Core subjects are pre-selected according to students section the previous semester. Deselect/uncheck all subjects that you dont intend to take. SAVE enlisted core subjects.

Select ELECTIVES you intend to take. SAVE after selecting each elective. Elective Units Required: Seniors 6 units, Juniors 5 units

Total Number of Electives for the J.D. Program = 22 units. To enlist BACK SUBJECTS, simply select/check subjects you intend to enroll. SAVE enlisted back subjects. Back subjects should be enlisted under a DUMMY SECTION. Actual schedule/section should be confirmed on the first day of classes with the Registrars Office on a first come, first serve basis. NOTE: Students may OVERLOAD for a maximum of 3 units. If you plan to overload more than 3 units, make a letter request addressed to the Dean and submit to the Registrars Office (Ms. Pearl). For those students who cannot ADD preferred subjects, go to the Registrars Office. Students who intend to extend their stay in the law school for more than 4 years should make their academic plan by making a curriculum for the whole remaining semesters attached to a request letter for approval of the curriculum addressed to the Dean and submit to the Registrars Office.

Select MODE OF PAYMENT (Full, 2 installments, 4 installments). For FULL PAYMENTS, select CASH (even if youre paying by check or credit card). Click the tab SAVE. Click on the PRINTER FRIENDLY VERSION then PRINT.

Go to Administration Office WINDOW 1, for Evaluation of your assessment and enlistment of subjects. Get and Fill-up the following documents: 1. Application for Graduation (4th year students) 2. Conditional Enrolment Form (2 copies)

NOTE: Only printer-friendly versions of the assessment will be honored by the Registrars Office for the evaluation of enrolled subjects. Only evaluated and signed Assessment form by the Registrars personnel will be honored by the Cashiers Office.

STEP 4: PAYMENT
ON-SITE PAYMENT 2. ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH BPI You can pay through BPI ATM and Internet banking. A. Go to www.bpiexpressonline.com or dial 89-100 to pay your tuition fees online Merchant Name: ADMLAW or Ateneo Law website name Reference Number: Student Number

For payments through 89-100, please record the confirmation number of the transaction. Print a copy of your confirmation slip and present this to the APS cashier immediately so that your payment and registration will be validated. Non-confirmation of your payment from the Cashiers Office means non-payment. Online payments will be checked against the report of BPI to Ateneo which is given the following day after the transactions.

* Make sure that you register the right subjects and right schedule during your registration dates. If you registered for the wrong subject/schedule or if you want to change for some reason and your registrations already been validated, you cannot change your subjects online. Changes to schedules, subject, sections after validation will be considered during the late registration period and would need to be approved by the Dean.

If your registration has not been validated and paid yet, you may still change subjects/schedule at any time during the registration period.

NOTE: On enrollment dates, the cashier will be open from 10am to 7pm (weekdays) and 10am to 2pm (Saturdays). IMPORTANT NOTE: STEP 5: CONFIRMATION ENROLLEE MUST PAY WITHIN THE DAY OF HIS/HER ENROLLMENT ELSE HE/SHE WILL LOSE ELECTIVES ENLISTED

STEP 6: STUDENT ID VALIDATION

Go to the Deans Office (Ms. Beth), to give the YELLOW RECEIPT and CONDITIONAL ENROLLMENT FORM. IMPORTANT NOTE: NON-SUBMISSION OF THESE DOCUMENTS WOULD MEAN THAT YOURE NOT ENROLLED FOR THE SEMESTER
