Goal: There are many ways you can assess yourself. However, if you would like a more in-depth self-understanding, it is recommended to have 'standardized career assessments.' These are tests that will help you to know yourself better, especially related to working. With the guidance, you can develop a profile of yourself, including career goals. Module 3 - Corporate Excellence Objective: The Corporate Culture of an organization is the set of unwritten rules that dictate how the organization runs.
