IF A NEW ORDER IS REQUESTED:


You will first receive a REFUND to the original method of payment upon the receipt of your return to our warehouse. Your NEW ORDER will then be processed as a separate transaction and CHARGED to that same form of payment. Please note that while these transactions are not processed on the same day, depending on your financial institution your account may show the CHARGE for your NEW ORDER before the REFUND is posted.

You will not be charged additional shipping when we send the requested NEW ORDER to you.

Call our Customer Service Team at 1.888.727.6687 to have a teammate place the New Order. Your NEW ORDER will be processed and CHARGED to the method of payment provided. You will not be charged additional shipping on your NEW ORDER when sending back gear for refund.

You will receive a REFUND to the method of payment provided upon the receipt of your return to our warehouse.

Visit any of our Under Armour specialty stores or factory houses for same day return and exchange services! For store locations and to verify product availability, see the Store Locator on UA.com. Under Armour Retail will ONLY accept returns accompanied by a receipt and provided the merchandise is in saleable condition (unworn, unwashed and with hangtags attached).
