Purchase Agreement

Dorian Mayhew Rothschild (the "Seller"), of 60 Arthur St., San Rafael, California 94901, does hereby sell, assign and transfer to Ryan B. Jagger (the "Buyer"), of 35 Palm Circle Dr., Corte Madera, California 95422, a 1967 Porsche 911R racing automobile for the amount of $196,000.00. The Seller warrants that the property is being transferred to the Buyer free and clear of any liens and encumbrances. The above property is sold on an "AS IS" basis. The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied (except as specifically stated in this document). This transfer is effective as of May 25, 2012. The property is now located at 60 Arthur St., San Rafael, California 94901, and all of such property is in the possession of Dorian M. Rothschild.
