smoke without fire, but the main reason why the most of the countries
cannot come to a point where they say they have overcome is because
they are dealing with the “smoke” part of it or the outcomes of

And the sources all the problem which is not eradicated
becomes parasitic to the people’s lives, money/economy, time
and future.

Misbehavior At Home.

Below are the basic principles to be followed when tackling crime at

different levels and areas (Places).

2.1 The most of criminal offenses originate or develop and

emanate from within the family structures when the children
become unruly and come out of the hands of their parents.
Once a child is out of parents’ hands and control, he does
whatever he feels and think is right whether it is right or
wrong at any time irrespective of the consequences and
family principles.

To be out of parental hands / control is automatically

introducing a child to the rights and freedoms to;

For instance:-

Loitering in the streets, playing cards(beginning of

gambling), drinking and smoking and taking drugs,
hanging around with different girls/ boys and come back
home too late drunk and abuse parents.

variety of criminal offenses.).

2.2 Why are the children normally out of control?

The first reason why it is normal to him/her to misbehave or

misconduct is because s/he does not know the different
between what is right and what is wrong.( everything is
rightful to him)
Foolishness is wisdom to a child.
God who knows better about children as HE created
them says;

Folly is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of

discipline drives it far from him. Proverbs 22:15; 23:13-14.
Now this brings us to the point that the only way to drive
foolishness from a child is the rod.

2.3 How and why do the children come out of control and
hands of their parents?

It is because of lack of discipline which goes hand in hand

with corporal punishment because:-

Whoever spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him
is diligent to discipline him.

brings shame to his mother.

warnings .advice in the form of love. The first role model
and leader of the children are their parents therefore they
must be driven by the parents’ instructions at almost all
the times.

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring

them in the discipline and instruction of the LORD.

2.4.2 Corporal Punishment has to be initiated in event of

persistent or deliberate misconduct.

He who spares the rod hated his son, but he who loves him
is careful to discipline him.

mature relationships, light or heavy drinking, smoking
which could lead to alcohol and drug addiction, different
forms of parental abuse and so forth, the following

♥ Community Counselors ( which involves
God’s representatives from the church)
The whole process of rebuilding the morals, life and
future of misbehaving member of the community

the child should be removed to the:

First and for most, the Holy Bible ( The Word Of GOD)
teachings and program me s should compulsory at every
learning institution from grade zero to tertiary level in
order to train and raise God fearing nation because the

declared wise for

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the

knowledge of the Holy One is insight.
Proverbs 9:10

Love the LORD your GOD with all your soul and with all
your strength. These commandments that I give you today
are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children.
Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk
along the road, and when you lie down and when you get

The Word of God is the power to live life that never ends
through the power it has to help children abstain from
anything or activity that could jeopardize both the now and
the future of the growing child such as following: drugs,

 alcohol, crime, sexual relationships out of marriage and
many temptations.

2.6.2.1 If the learner misbehaves or does not cooperate in school

work like coming late at school, not doing homeworks,
misconduct in the classroom or within school premises or
outside school premises still in uniform and so forth;
he has to undergo corporal punishment , where
smacking, hitting of dangerous areas like: face, head, palm
of the feet, back of the hand or tips of the fingers or finger-
nails, fisting (hitting with clenched fist) and usage of
dangerous objects like belts and so on are excluded.
And the child who refuse to be punished by the teacher has
to face the community forum.

profession within himself through leaving school
before matriculation just because he is fed up , or he

any weapons, drugs and alcohol before they get into
school gates and premises for the safety of teachers

2.6.2.4 One child that leaves the school before

matriculation, he loiters around because of loneliness
and finally engage himself in drinking, taking drugs

2.7.1 Disorderly or disorganized adult relationships.

♥ As mentioned earlier on, the most of criminals originate

from within the families where there is a lack of discipline
to children, and whereby a child is left alone to live and
take decision on his own apart from parental guidance.

♥ Disorganized sexual relationships through which the terms

like: boyfriend, girlfriend, single parent (especially as result
of divorce) , sugar dad, sugar mom exist are the main
contributing factors that perpetuate crime because it leads
to a situation whereby the children are growing under
improper family structures where there is improper
financial resources which leads to: prostitution, stealing,
sugar dad, sugar mom, boyfriend, girlfriend, parents
selling liquor and cigarettes and drugs as source of
income.

♥ In case of situation whereby people engage

themselves in sexual relationships without
consultation of parents concerned.

If a male member of the community sleeps or impregnates

a woman, he is bound to pay full bride-price (ilobolo) to the
parents whose virginity has been damaged, and he should
marry her, and if does not marry her or if the parents of
woman deny the do not authorize marriage, but the man is
till the subject to payment of full bride-price .
A quote from the Word of God.

“If the man seduces a virgin who is not engaged to be

married and lies with her, he shall give bride-price for her
and make her his wife. If her father utterly refuses to give
her to him, he sahl pay money equal to the bride-price for
virgin.
(Exodus 22:16).

 ♥ It is not allowed to sleep with a woman who is not your
wife, there if a man impregnates a woman out of marriage,
he must make some means to have bank account debited
with a certain amount of money to be transferred to the
bank account of woman for child support and make some
means to pay full bride-price.
If one man stays and is benefiting from marital rights from
that woman without any payment of lobolo( bride-price)
and official marriage, he has his punishment for so doing
pending.

Contraception methods, abortion, child support grants is

not a solution to prevent teenage pregnancy,
But financial empowerment of the parents who are raising
children with difficulty such as widows who have been left
by their husbands without source of income because some
of them who are already selling vegetables are having
problems when their have to go for tertiary education.
When they can’t further their education, crime begins.

2.2. Tertiary Management.

2.2.1. There is always no problem without a solution, but if the solution

to a problem has been identified, what becomes a problem is
lack of faith in a solution that has been provided, ignorance, or
no concern at about finding a solution. And in the most of cases,
the solutions to some problems are denied based on democratic
rights and freedoms which do not take away the problem. And if
the solution has been provided and people concerned are
deliberately ignoring or denying it, then that is raising some
suspicions that they are benefiting or gaining something from the
source of problem.

If an answer to mathematical problem (sum) cannot be found,

either by the teacher or learner, the AUTHOR of the mathematics
textbook knows and has it.
Like wise, if the people who live on this planet earth, fail to find
solution to their problems, then God who created them knows
and has solutions to all their problems.

I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their

The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy, I came that they
may have life and have it abundantly. John 10:10; 3:16,36; 14:6.

There is proven record of people who have been healed through

the power of the Holy Spirit of God who created them; and there
is still a lot of others who are being healed.
There is a lot who have recovered from:
Chronic disease which are beyond management by the
known Doctors,
Drug and alcohol addiction;
Crime; HIV/AIDS; Infirmities and so forth which is proof that
all the solution lies with the Power Of The Holy Spirit.

2.2.2. But the main reason why crime cannot be overcome up to this
moment when the correctional structures such as: department
of correctional services and police officers have long been set up
in place, is because its causes are embraced and controlled
instead of being eradicated. That is to say: The structures
through which it spreads are legally protected by democracy.

Besides the fact that the nightclubs, companies that produce

liquor, companies that produce tobacco produce the products
which are the sources of:
mental and heart problems, tuberculosis, ulcers, cancer, poverty,
and deaths which financially hinders the progress of the nation;
They are also the point through which crime starts and spreads
because after alcohol and drugs have been taken, some of the
outcomes are: Irresponsible behaviors, rapes, sleeping around
and fatherless children who in turn become criminals due to lack
of or absence of parental and financial support, murder,
robbery/theft, suicides and so forth.

it.

their lives by depending on: murder, prostitution, theft and

Vision, hearing, balance (which could lead to unnecessary
road accidents, poor performance at work); and
Beside all that, it causes many diseases or sickness that
involves: heart, brain, intestines, liver, kidney and o forth. These
harmful outcomes of alcohol has long been discovered, But its
production continues to date.

chemicals that are associated with it are harmful in the people’s
lives; and smoking could possibly lead to engagement to more

regardless of its detrimental effects and consequences. The
most of the youth are tempted to smoking and when they cannot
afford it anymore, they start to be problematic at home and in
the community in terms of minor criminal offenses which
develops into major criminal offenses like robbery and murder.

Increase of police officers, will have no much impact on

creating job opportunities for other people in the expense of the others
if the causes of the problem is ignored.

especially scheduled drugs because some of patience go to hospital
seriously ill and the Doctor prescribe some of scheduled drugs and the
patients get used to those drugs in such a way that they can’t make it

sick with sicknesses that require scheduled drugs to be prescribed for
them; and when the Doctor has stopped prescription when they still
feel pans, they get tempted to steal which could lead some of them

hooked.
There is a need reduce the strength of helpful and harmful
drugs.

institutions should be searched for possession of drug and weapons
like knives, guns, bombs and so forth. They should also be tested for

even behind toilets; and no should leave the school premises during
school hours without permission.

Warnings and Awareness Campaigns against such products is
like to lay a table of variety of food choices among which
there are some that are deadly poisonous to people’s lives;
and thereafter declare that: we are living in democratic
society, therefore everyone has got the rights of freedom of
choice which sound like no care, tempting and trapping them
because there are some people with poor judgment and those
who would like to experience anything in life who therefore
would surely choose to eat deadly poison.
All that bring us to a point that all those who have poor
judgment will fall the victims of the trap.

Our meeting will help the people get clarification

about the whether or not some kind of business is
being run out of their lives or economy is raised in the
expense of their lives using democratic leadership;
Some public announcements have to be made about
the main force that compels the leadership to keep,
embrace and control the cause of the destruction of
the lives and future of the nation which is
democratically based, supported and protected
instead of being rooted out.
Announcements and declarations should be made so
soon before GOD’S imminent anger pours down in any
form because of this.

heal, develop and equip the people of different age groups
as they grow up. This has to be standardized in such as way
that all the communities put it into practice.

different age groups which includes parents and children of
different age groups. Inclusion of parents is to keep their
adherence to their children for the following reasons:
2.3.1.1. A male child who impregnates the girl child will be bound

(ilobolo) whether he marries him or not, not only for
compensation to the parents of a virgin or prevention of
sleeping around out of marriage and teenage pregnancy,
but because it is stated in the constitution of eternal of
life which is the Word of God in the Holy Bible. Exodus

If a child is minor, the responsibility lies with the parents
if s/he withhold discipline and avoid usage of Community
Correctional Structures when it comes to the point where
s/he fails to control his or her child.
2.3.1.2. A child who engages himself in alcohol intake and or
smoking will be punished by parents and if s/he
overcomes, manipulates or overpower the parents at
home or educators at schools, then he will be referred to
the Community Correctional Structures for disciplinary
actions and management. And if a parent(s) hide such

 bad habits/actions of his child; S/he will be held
responsible when the child is caught doing that.

2.3.2. Besides the tribal court, the chief should have an office
located in the community he is in charge of to keep his work
well organized for:
2.3.2.1. Data capturing management where an up to date record
of all the names of the members of community including
the newborns and their parents, as well as the names
/numbers of the houses will be kept.
2.3.2.2. Each child who is reluctant to attend the school should be
included in the office records for the follow ups on that
kid to prevent misbehavior in the community which could
lead to criminal offenses.
2.3.2.3. The teenagers who practice love life pre-maturely and in
the view of the public like: romantic holding of each
other’s hands, public kissing and anything associated
with that should treated as an act of destroying moral
values. Therefore if it happens, disciplinary actions to be
take against such actions.
2.3.2.4. Some of the young boys spend some time in the taverns
and in the late hours, they go to the places where the
commuters are always found like at the bus stops and
where the train drops them during the late hours for
robbery. Such things have to be looked into so that those
young criminals can be caught and removed to the
Healing Center for further correctional actions. For the
office to have a record of all the corners he is in charge of
helps know which part of his community is having a
problem and which one is not.
2.3.3. These actions could possibly prevent and keep the growing
child from:
2.3.3.1. Sleeping out of marriage and teenage pregnancy.
2.3.3.2. Dropping out of school before matriculation. ( which leads
to skills shortage in our country .)
2.3.3.3. Involvement in drugs and alcohol; and therefore
2.3.3.4. Crime will be prevented and virginity and marriage will be
highly valued.

the democracy withholding and forbidding discipline for them.

crime level to nothing as well as hiv/aids.

By the Exorcism Institution 3 we are referring to the prison

being restructured and converted to the institution where the
people’s lives will be restored normal through their roots, the
Word and the power of God.
The purpose of this not change the way the department of
correctional service works or operate, but the aim is to
prevent keeping the people in prison for years and yet come
out the same because physical restriction may bind the life of
a person for a while, but the spiritual deliverance and
empowerment help wholistically; and it does not only help the
victim, but also the people who stay with the victim.

This Healing Center should be designed in such a way that

each victim 2 ( the so-called offender / prisoner) has his own
small room/cell which is designed to accommodate one
single bed which could molestation and sodomy especially in
nowadays where gender value has been downgraded by
democracy.
The bed should leave the space of about the size of its width,
and the door should open easily without obstruction by the
bed.
There must be a system of technology which should alert the
warder / officer if the victim comes in or out of the room/cell
(when the door open or closes).

Only plastic cutlery should be used by the offender/ victims to
prevent conversion of spoons to knives and any dangerous
weapon.

For the each victim to have his/her own room is:

Firstly to allow or give him/her a chance of to meditation on

the Word of God that will have been preached to him / her
during the process of healing as s/he recalls his/her previous
deeds which brought him into prison;

Secondly, since the problem that brought him here is not the
flesh, but the power of darkness which is evil spirit within
himself; Meditation might lead to him/her feeling sorry and
reconcile with God and other people because to reconcile with
God is a complete restoration of life of a person compared to
him being arrested and released after serving 10 years in
prison without changing lifestyle.

Thirdly, to be alone in a room brings about loneliness, and

when you first meet other people after some time, you use
that time to socialize and share experiences and worries
rather than kicking, fighting and all staff like that which
happens when victims are grouped together in one big room.

Each room has o be fitted with a kind of intercom for

communication in case of unexpected problems and to
prevent killing by one another during imprisonment.
There should also be a control room with a computerized
security system / camera that can communicate or link
with all rooms and have an overall view and to supervise
every action in the cell and in the surrounding places to
ensure safety and security of the correctional officers
and the victims.

A control room will help to link the prisoners with the warders
should they encounter any problem in their sections and in
cases of corruption and ill-treatment by other who are serving
long sentences.

When the prisoners are grouped together and sharing one big
room, there is a risk of physical emotional abuse, ill
treatment, molestation and killing of one another.

 There is also a high risk of sharing and imparting to one
another: the wickedness and immoral behaviors and
transmission of air-borne diseases like tuberculosis.

To be grouped together of the prisoner is like recycling

wickedness or immorality and diseases because there is also
some kind of sodomy that is going on inside and many more
resources of wickedness, immoralities and sicknesses.
For each victim to have his or her own room helps to prevent
imprisonment to be like a vicious circle like process.

1. Victim instead of a prisoner or offender.

There is always a driver behind any single move that a car makes.
And the destination of the car is that of a driver. The will never
break the road rules, but the driver uses it to break the road rules.

Therefore same thing applies with people. There is no action that

one would take without being driven; and there only two types of
drivers that are responsible for people’s actions;
It is either the EVIL or HOLY SPIRIT. Each of the two spiritual drivers
has its own unique destination which is either death eternal or
life in hell for evil spirit or Life eternal in heaven for HOLY SPIRIT.

If evil spirit wants to rape, he use and drive a man who has got it all
it takes he can use to rape. A man would fight against that evil spirit
through the conscience, but when he loses the battle or fight, the
evil spirit succeed to rape through the man. And the man becomes
the victim of the evil spiritual driver in him. And when that has
happened, a man gets wounded spiritually.
The people would deal the car part of a man (flesh or physical part)
and leave the driver part (evil spirit) unattended to. And the people
blame and kill what they call the rapist, but the real rapist which is
evil spirit is left unattended to. A man would serve 20 years in
prison and the driver would carry on where he ended when the man
has been released from prison.

The more evil spirit multiplies within man, is the more a man lose
who he is supposed to be in terms of behavior in social life, present
and future.

Therefore life sentence, death cannot help a person, but to expel

the foreign or evil spirit from within him is the only solution;

Because one needs physical training in order to stand against any
physical fight. And for one to win spiritual fight, one needs spiritual
training and empowerment.

The power to win evil spirit is through power of Holy Spirit.

And for one to receive
For one to receive the power of Holy Spirit, one has to has
to hear the Word of GOD preached to him, believe and
confess with his mouth that Jesus is the LORD and be saved.

But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in
out heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if
you confess with your mouth that Jesus is the Lord and believe in
your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:8-10

2. Healing Center instead of a Prison.

Any individual who commits any crime is spiritual wounded, he is

not only dangerous to other people, but also to himself, therefore
he also needs help. He needs to be healed. The rehabilitation
centers do some help that is based only on their procedures and
protocols, but the Spirit of God senses the actual facts about the
problem and deals with it without using protocol.

Night and day long among the tombs and on the mountains he
was always crying out and bruising himself with stones. (Mark
5:5);
And crying out with a loud voice, he said, “What have you to do
with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure you by God,
do not torment me,”
For he was saying to him, “Come out of the man. You unclean
spirit!”
Mark 5:7-8.

The power in the Name of Jesus can exorcise and set

people free from all their discomfort that they find within
themselves such as: crime demon, rape demon,
frustrations, stress, worries, sleeplessness due to
problems, evil feeling to commit suicide, evil feeling to
have sexual relationship with a person of the same
gender as you and so forth.

 God, the Creator of heaven and earth is not pleased with the loss
of one life of the people he made.
Even though some people are so futile and immoral in such a
way that they deserve to be murdered and thrown away
according to man-made laws and judgments and perceptions,
but God does not look at the things the same way as they do.

But His Word resuscitates the dead souls to life for:

We must all die; we are like water spilled on the ground, which
cannot be gathered up again,
But God will not take away the life, and devises means so that
the banished one will not remain an outcast. (2 Samuel 14:14)

Luke 23:41-42
And he said, “Jesus, “Remember me when you come into your
kingdom.”
And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with
me in Paradise.”

Mark 5:2-13

“For Jesus said to him, Come out of this man, you evil spirit!”
…The demon begged Jesus, “Send us among the pigs; allow us
to go into them.”
He gave them permission, and the evil spirits came out and went
into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed
down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned.

Jesus does not kill a man for behaving strangely and unacceptably, but
he drives out the cause and leave the man alive.

According to: mark5:2-13, the demon or evil spirit which Jesus

commanded to leave the man, got into the herd pf pigs and the pigs
became mad and ran into the lake and died.
This means that, for the demons that were expelled from the man to
reach their destination which is the sea or lake, they had to use the
pigs as their car/ transport..
They use man to reach their destination which is death.

The demon use the man to carry out all their evil schemes such as the
following:
♥ Crime and Suicide.
♥ Take drug and Alcohol.

 ♥ Cause conflict.
♥ Fight one another.
♥ Separate/ divorce.
♥ To be stressed, frustrated, sick and many more.
♥ To get hooked into porn and sexual immoralities like being
a gay.

Many people go into the prisons, stay there for a long period of time
and come back with the sources of their problem still within them
because the only way to fight the evil spiritual driver or force is
through another spiritual power, which is the Holy Spirit.
What the law does, is like catching the car (man) and throw him into
the prison for breaking the road rules and leave its driver alone.
So this is the reason why the prisons has to be converted to Healing
Centers or Centers for Exorcism.

3. Exorcism.

To exorcise is to drive out the evil spirit from a person or place.

Driving out the evil spirit from a place may refer to the sources of
evil spirit in a place or a country.

The auditorium should be made available to help convey the

power of God through healing those who are sick physically and
spiritually.
There will be some Holy Bible teachings; counseling, preaching,
praying for the sick, exorcism of evil spirit that binds and force
and drive the people to commit crime irrespective of the
outcomes they might face; and the television programs that they
will be watching will be designed in such a way that it conveys
the message that will uplift their spiritual lives.
The aim of all that is to restore their lives into normal through the
Power of The LORD their Creator.

One of the first steps that the government can take to show
willingness to work with the religious people to combat crime and
help with moral regeneration is to take into consideration these
principles for moral regeneration;
Because so many attempts may be made in as far as reduction
of crime and hiv/aids, but exclusion of God will make it to be in
vain.
As Christians, we command the evil cause of problems out of the
people and out of the country and leave the people concerned
unharmed.
