Timmy’s YELLOW SCHOOL BUS is a’rolling towards school.

TIMMY, CHESTER and AJ sit in the THIRD ROW.

Who cares. It’s going to end in a pun.
The bus slows down at a BUS STOP. We see TRIXIE TANG, an incredibly
hot (by 10 year old standards, of course) Asian-American girl.

Ohmigosh! It’s her! Trixie Tang!
6 CHESTER
Aw, Jeez. Here we go again.
As Timmy talks, Chester and AJ mimic his every move.

She’s the prettiest girl in the school and today
she’s gonna sit next to me!

Timmy shoves Chester and AJ off of the seat and sets a RESERVED
SIGN down in their place. Trixie saunters onto the bus and pauses for
a moment to look at the BUS DRIVER.

there’s a FLASH of magic under Tad’s seat as an EJECTOR SPRING
propels him into the air, landing him between Chester and AJ.

Timmy enters. Cosmo and Wanda, still around his neck, swing back
and forth, smacking each other.

Cosmo and Wanda poof back into their regular selves.

MATCH DISSOLVE TO:
POOF! POOF! Cosmo and Wanda are absolutely exhausted, but Timmy
still reads off his list. His room is FILLED with party stuff -- both
realistic and otherwise. He’s got HORSES, HELICOPTERS, FOOD TRAYS,
BUTLERS, BALLOONS... you name it. He’s been wishing his little pink
hat off.

Let’s see, oh yeah!
178 TIMMY
Rock band.
Poof! A ROCK BAND appears.
179 TIMMY
British rock band.
Cosmo and Wanda slowly raise their wands and with a weary POOF!
The rock band becomes a BRITISH ROCK BAND.

Great! And now a mansion to put it all in!

They raise their wands and... nothing.

A BOLT OF LIGHTNING suddenly ZAPS the trio. When the smoke clears,
we see that they’ve vanished!

INT. - FAIRY COURT - SAME TIME
We see a COURTROOM filled with MEMBERS OF THE FAIRY COMMUNITY

and the FAIRY PRESS. Timmy sits at a TABLE with Cosmo and Wanda.
JORGEN stands by a sign that reads “FAIRY COURT.”

Huh? Where am I?

I’m in Fairy Court?
189 JORGEN
According to article sixteen, section four,
bylaw 732, any child deemed ungrateful must
go to Fairy Court to prove they deserve
Godparents.

Apparently you were SO selfish, they don’t
think you deserve your godparents anymore!
A GAVEL pounds. PULL BACK to see a FAIRY JUDGE presiding.

The case of the fairies vs. Timmy Turner is now
in session.

Jorgen drops the weights on Cosmo.

GLASSES and reads from a yellow, legal PAD.

you wished for new clothes, jewels and a new
house in order to obtain new friends?

Ha! Your witness.
Cosmo approaches the bench.

Hi Timmy! Look! I’m lawyer!
He puts on a FIREMAN’S HAT.

Now I’m a fireman! Weee!
Cosmo addresses the jury.

Now, I’m just a simple, Fairy-slash-lawyer-
slash-fireman, but Jorgen misses the point.
There are many redeeming qualities to Timmy!

Isn’t it true that you also wished for new
shoes, new sunglasses, a rock band, butlers
and shiny teeth?

I’m really sorry.

Ummmm…
Jorgen brandishes his wand in the direction of the judge.

Timmy lowers his head. Wanda glares at Cosmo. Cosmo puts on a

COAL MINER’S HAT.

Cosmo and Wanda start crying. Jorgen walks up.

sobbing into the hat, using it as a hanky.

INT. - TIMMY’S ROOM - SAME TIME
Timmy, still dressed to the nines in his really “rich” clothes, poofs into
his room, which is still filled with wished-for party gifts.

Where am I?

My clothes! They’re still cool! And the party
gifts! They’re still here!
We hear the WALLA of kids ambling down the street.

He looks at his empty fishbowl and a determined look crosses his face.

EXT. - THE STREET OUTSIDE TIMMY’S HOUSE - SECONDS LATER
Trixie and Veronica, Chad and Tad and several OTHER KIDS head
toward Timmy’s house.

TIMMY, CHESTER and AJ sit in the THIRD ROW.

As Timmy talks, Chester and AJ mimic his every move.

INT. - DIMMSDALE ELEMENTARY CAFETERIA - LUNCH

There’s an uncomfortable beat as Veronica glares at Timmy.

EXT. - HALLWAY NEAR BATHROOMS - LATER

Timmy runs past BATHROOM DOORS. He’s really gotta go bad.

He heard something OS.

He arrives at two VELVET ROPED DOORS and reads:

Timmy paces and rants to COSMO and WANDA as FISH.
