EXT. - SKATE PARK - SATURDAY
We see kids on THREE DISTINCT SKATE RAMPS having a great time.

There’s a SMALL RAMP, a MIDSIZE RAMP and a RIDICULOUSLY LARGE
RAMP.
1 KIDS
(GREAT TIME WALLA)
PUSH IN ON:
EXT. - THE SMALL RAMP - CONTINUOUS
An ADORABLE EIGHT YEAR OLD GIRL rolls on the small ramp.
2 EIGHT YEAR OLD GIRL

(LAUGHING)
PAN OVER TO:
EXT. - THE RIDICULOUSLY LARGE RAMP - CONTINUOUS
FRANCIS, the Bully, in full skate gear, leaps off the lip of the big ramp,
and rolls down at breakneck speed.
3 FRANCIS
WHOOOOAAAAH!
The camera follows as he skates down, then rockets up, up, up through
the clouds. Gone.
CUT TO:
EXT. - SPACE (NEAR A SPACE SHUTTLE) - SECONDS LATER
An ASTRONAUT in space watches as Francis orbits past him.
4 ASTRONAUT
Houston? We have a problem. Over.
CUT TO:
EXT. - A ROW OF BUSHES NEAR THE MIDSIZE RAMP - CONTINUOUS
TIMMY - with COSMO AND WANDA - is hidden in the bushes. They’re all
looking up at Francis’ ascent.
5 TIMMY
And that’s why I’m scared of the big ramp.
6 WANDA
So you and your friends pay to fall on your face
at the skateboard park?
7 TIMMY
Pretty much.
8 CHESTER (O.S.)
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
9 TIMMY
Someone’s coming! Quick! I wish you guys
were my skateboard gear!
POOF! Cosmo becomes a GREEN SKATE HELMET while Wanda

becomes a PINK SKATEBOARD. CHESTER lands face first right in front
of Timmy.
10 COSMO
Wow! His whole face hit at the same time! He
must be really good!
AJ enters as Chester pries his face off the ground -- his BRACES and
TEETH are totally MANGLED.
11 AJ
Does your orthodontist buy you tickets for this
place?
12 CHESTER
Yeah, why?
A piece of his braces falls off.
13 CHESTER
Darn it!
14 TIMMY
Alright, you guys... watch and learn.
15 AJ
I like to learn!
CUT TO:
EXT. - THE TOP OF THE MIDSIZE RAMP - SECONDS LATER

Timmy stands at the top and leaps onto the Wanda skateboard. The
camera follows him as he kicks some ass on the ramp.
16 TIMMY
Wow! I’ve never been this good before!
17 WANDA
Sweetie, you’ve never had magic skate gear
before!
Timmy does a complete flip in the air. No matter what he does, the
Wanda board stays under his feet, delivering him safely back to Earth.
CUT TO:
EXT. - BY THE MID-SIZED RAMP - CONTINUOUS
AJ and a bunch of OTHER KIDS watch in amazement.
18 AJ
Wow, look at Timmy roll nimbly back and forth!
I mean...
(pulls out and reads from a skate
lingo book)
...shred!
CUT TO:
EXT. - MIDSIZE RAMP / SKY - CONTINUOUS
Timmy rolls to the top, and flies into the air.
19 TIMMY
Hey, I can see my house from here!
20 COSMO
I can see your friend’s big, dopey braces from
here!
CUT TO:
EXT. - BY THE MID-SIZED RAMP - CONTINUOUS
Timmy lands, still on the board, directly in front of AJ.
21 TIMMY
Beat that!
Chester, now with larger braces, whips out a skateboard.
22 CHESTER
Check this out!
Chester IMMEDIATELY flips off his board, slamming his face into the
ground. Again. AJ’s CELL PHONE rings.
23 AJ
Hello? (TO CHESTER)
24 FROM CELL PHONE

WOO! ALRIGHT! YEAH!
25 AJ
(to Chester) It’s your dentist.
Suddenly, VICKY flies into the scene -- wearing a helmet with a Queen’s
crown on it. She bounces off Timmy, Chester and AJ’s helmeted
heads...
26 TIMMY, CHESTER AND AJ

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!
...and continues on to the midsize ramp, where she does a variety of

really good tricks. SHE CAN SKATE! She screeches to a halt in front of
Chester, AJ and Timmy.
27 VICKY
That’s a little trick I call scrunchin’ the
munchkins!
28 TIMMY
Hey! Just because you’re the best skater here,
doesn’t mean you get to bounce off our heads!
29 VICKY
Actually, twerp, it makes me queen of the
skate-park! And as Queen, I decree...
Vicky plants a SIGN that reads:
30 VICKY
“You must be at least this tall to ride this
ramp.”
31 TIMMY
That’s not fair!
32 VICKY
So? What are you gonna do about it?
Timmy looks down at his “Wanda” skateboard...

33 TIMMY
I challenge you to a skateboarding contest!
Tomorrow! And whoever wins gets to be the
new queen!
34 CHESTER
King.
35 TIMMY
Good catch.
36 VICKY
Deal! But tomorrow, when I kick your butt on
all three ramps, you and every other punk
under 16 is banished from the skate-park for
good!
Timmy looks at the Big Ramp and GULPS.
37 VICKY
See ya on the big ramp, squirt! Hey, can I see
your skate gear for a sec?
Vicky grabs the Wanda skateboard and Cosmo helmet and jumps on
them, breaking them into pieces. She backs over the rubble with a
CAR, then rolls over them with a STEAMROLLER.
38 COSMO AND WANDA

(Various pained noises)
39 VICKY
Aw... My bad. Which is my good!
Vicky walks O.S. Timmy, Chester and AJ walk up.
40 AJ
Oh wow. She destroyed your accoutrements! I
mean...
(pulls out skate lingo book)
...gear!
40A COSMO AND WANDA

(Groan)
41 CHESTER
Where are you gonna get another groaning
board and helmet?
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. - A ROW OF BUSHES NEAR THE MIDSIZE RAMP - LATER
Cosmo and Wanda float nearby, dazed from the beating.
42 COSMO
You’re gonna have to skate the big ramp?
Aren’t you scared, Timmy?
43 TIMMY
A little, but with you guys helping me, I’ve got
nothing to worry about!
44 COSMO AND WANDA

Uh...
45 TIMMY
Oh, no. Not the group “Uh...” That’s usually
followed by bad news like...
DA RULES appear.
46 WANDA
Uh... cording to the rules, we can’t help you
win a contest, Timmy. That’d be cheating.
47 COSMO
We can help you show off! But for fun, not
profit!
48 TIMMY
I never would have challenged Vicky if I had
known that! All the kids are counting on me! I
still have a shot though, right?
49 COSMO
Uh... actually, you’re pretty uncoordinated.
50 TIMMY
I am not!
CLOSE UP, on TIMMY’S FOOT as he trips over a LADYBUG.
51 TIMMY
OOF! Oh, man. I’m doomed.
52 COSMO
What you need is some death defying trick all

your own!
We HEAR the rustling of leaves. Cosmo and Wanda become a bush

and a tree. AJ and Chester enter. Chester’s braces are bigger than
before. Attached to them is an EASEL.
53 CHESTER
Timmy, what you need is some sort of death
defying trick all your own!
54 AJ
You need...
AJ - holding a pointer - pulls out a huge drawing and sets it on the

easel.
55 AJ
This! It combines a 1400 degree turn with four
aerial flips. I call it “The 1400 degree and four
aerial flippy trick”!
56 CHESTER
Yeah, that rolls off the tongue, Poindexter.
What about calling it “The Timmy Tuck?”
The weight of the drawing and the easel tips Chester over. He smashes
his braces on the ground - again.
57 CHESTER
Darn it!
VICKY’S POV - THROUGH BINOCULARS
58 TIMMY
Call it impossible! I can’t do this!
CUT TO:
ON VICKY, OBSERVING FROM AFAR VIA BINOCULARS. She is copying

the Timmy tuck down on her own piece of paper.
59 VICKY
But I can! I can’t wait to totally steal that trick
and make it mine! It’s good to be the Queen!
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. - BY THE MID-SIZED RAMP - DUSK

Cosmo and Wanda are RATS. Cosmo eats out of an overturned

GARBAGE CAN. Timmy - now using a normal skateboard and helmet -
flies into frame headfirst. Before he hits, Wanda POOFS a PILLOW up
for him to land on.
60 TIMMY
Waaaa! Ooof!
A frustrated Timmy gets up and goes back to the ramp.
61 WANDA
(To Cosmo) He’s not good, is he?
Timmy flies in. Wanda POOFS up a TRAMPOLINE, bouncing Timmy O.S.
62 COSMO
Nope. But this garbage rocks!
Timmy flies in again. Cosmo POOFS up a BED OF NAILS.
63 TIMMY
AAA!
Wanda makes it a MATTRESS. Just in time. They poof into FAIRY FORM.
64 COSMO
Sorry.
65 TIMMY
I’ll never get good enough in time to do that
trick!! I know you guys can’t help me cheat but
can’t you train me? Some place I can get real
good, real fast?
Cosmo and Wanda smile at each other as we...
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. - THE MOON - LATER
Cosmo and Wanda watch as Timmy - in a space suit - skates around

the inside of a crater.
66 TIMMY
WOO HOO!!! Zero gravity is perfect for
practicing spins!
WIDEN TO REVEAL -- the astronaut from the space shuttle, now

standing in the center of the crater, observing.
67 ASTRONAUT
Houston? We have another problem. Over.
68 HOUSTON (OS.)
It’s always problem, problem, problem with you
guys. Don’t you ever call to just say hi? Over.
Timmy ramps off the crater and flies into space. Francis floats by on his
skateboard, still holding his breath.
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. - A JUNGLE - DUSK
Timmy skates nimbly through the tangled terrain. Cosmo rides his
shoulders, like Yoda. Wanda floats near.
69 TIMMY
Skating in the jungle is a great way to learn
how to swerve!
70 COSMO
(ALA YODA) Learn to skate in difficult
environments you must.
WIDEN TO REVEAL they are being chased by a pack of GORILLAS.
71 COSMO
And scared of Gorillas am I!
Cosmo smacks into a branch. A gorilla grabs him. We PAN back to see
a JANE GOODALL TYPE taking notes as a Gorilla starts whacking Cosmo
against a tree.
72 JANE GOODALL TYPE

The Large Gorilla, Sparkle, enjoyed thrashing
the green haired one.
Timmy and Wanda skate OS as the gorilla continues to pound Cosmo.
73 COSMO (O.S.)
OW! MUCH PAIN I AM IN!!!
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. - A PYRAMID - LATE IN THE DAY
Timmy skates down a pyramid with Cosmo near.
74 TIMMY
Ramping down a pyramid is a great way to

learn how to pick up speed... whoa!
Timmy loses control and plows into the sand. The MOUND OF SAND
that is Timmy continues to grow as it moves forward. The mound
finally stops at the foot of an ARCHEOLOGIST. He un-buries Timmy and
pokes his body with a little shovel.
75 ARCHIOLOGIST
Heavens! This specimen is perfectly
preserved!
Timmy opens his eyes.
76 TIMMY
(re: His body)
Do you mind? I’m still using this.
77 ARCHIOLOGIST
AAAAAAAAAAA! The Mummy’s curse!
Timmy sits on the dirt. Cosmo and Wanda poof into frame.
78 TIMMY
Aw man, I’m still beefing it on the simplest of
tricks.
79 WANDA
Don’t worry, Timmy. Win or lose, your friends
will still love you.
80 TIMMY
Really?
CUT TO:
EXT. - SKATE PARK - THE NEXT MORNING
ON CHESTER - whose braces are now even larger - and AJ.
81 CHESTER
Timmy better win or we’re not gonna love him
anymore.
PAN UP Chester’s large braces to an attached SPEAKER.
82 WANDA (THRU SPEAKER)

Welcome to the Skate-park and the big
skateboarding contest!
ON COSMO AND WANDA sitting at a commentator table, wearing

headphones and talking into microphones.
83 WANDA
With color commentary, I’m the pink one.
84 COSMO
And I’m the green one.
85 COSMO AND WANDA

And we’re not Fairies!
ON VICKY NEAR THE LARGE RAMP - She’s shining her crown.
86 WANDA (O.S.)
Today’s the big match between evil, 16 year-
old baby-sitter/skate-punk, Vicky.
ON CROWD - silent and not applauding. We HEAR a Cricket.
87 COSMO (O.S.)
And Timmy!
The crowd applauds wildly!
88 COSMO (CONT’D)
Wait...WHERE IS TIMMY?!
ON THE RAMP -- no Timmy. The applause stops abruptly.
89 VICKY
Ha! I knew it! I knew he’d punk out! I win by
default! And you know what THAT means!
ON A CROWD OF KIDS, hanging their heads low.
ON COSMO AND WANDA, covering the microphone.
90 WANDA
Where could he be?
CUT TO:
A HILL NEAR THE SKATEPARK
Timmy holds his skateboard and helmet and looks sadly at the park
below.
91 TIMMY
Aw man, if I go down there, I’m gonna lose AND

have to go on the big ramp! There is no way
I’m gonna humiliate myself. No way...
92 VICKY (O.S.)
Awright, twerps! Line up!
93 TIMMY
Huh?
Timmy looks and sees Vicky, making a LINE OF KIDS hand over their
gear. ONE KID hands her his board and helmet.
94 VICKY
Say bye-bye!
WIDEN TO REVEAL she’s now standing next to a wood-chipper. She

chucks the helmet and board in, shredding them both. THE ADORABLE
EIGHT YEAR OLD GIRL’S gear gets wood-chipped as well. AJ is next.
ON TIMMY
Timmy has a change of heart.
CUT TO:
ON VICKY - THROWING SKATE GEAR IN THE WOOD CHIPPER.
95 TIMMY (O.S.)
Not so fast, Vicky!
Vicky turns to see...
TIMMY - a determined look on his face.
96 TIMMY
You want to win, you’re going to have to it the
old fashioned way! By being better than me!
97 COSMO AND WANDA (O.S.)

IT’S TIMMY!
98 CROWD
(CHEERS)
AJ AND CHESTER run into scene.
99 AJ
Good luck, Timmy!
100 TIMMY
Thanks, guys. I’ll do my best.
101 CHESTER
Yeah! Just remember, it’s not whether you win
or lose, it’s win or we don’t ever get to come
back here again.
CUT TO:
THE TOP OF THE SMALL RAMP -- A LITTLE LATER
Vicky and Timmy climb to the top of the small ramp.
102 VICKY
Break a leg, twerp!
103 TIMMY
Thanks, Vicky!
104 VICKY
No, really. I mean break a leg.
Timmy leaps on his board and hits the small ramp. He does a series of
spins and tricks... but this ramp is his size and his arena, so he’s pretty
good. He skates into the air, off the ramp and lands on the ground.
105 CROWD
(CHEERS)
106 VICKY
Yeah? Well, watch this!
Vicky leaps into the small ramp and... because it’s a small ramp, she
has no space to move. She sticks in it like a cork in a wine bottle.
107 CROWD
(LAUGHS)
108 WANDA (O.S.)

And Timmy actually wins the first round!
ON TIMMY - Beaming. We...
DISSOLVE TO:
THE MIDSIZE RAMP
Vicky spins a few times in the air and then lands like a ballerina, right
in front of Timmy.
109 VICKY
Ha! Beat that, Twerp!
Timmy climbs to the top of the ramp and starts to roll down.
ON VICKY -- Hitting a remote control.
ON THE RAMP - A line of “don’t back up” spikes pop out, shredding all
four of Timmy’s tires. He slowly screeches to a halt at the bottom of
the ramp.
110 WANDA (O.S.)

And Vicky... unfortunately... wins.
DISSOLVE TO:
ON COSMO AND WANDA
111 WANDA (O.S.)

It all comes down to this!!
A UPWARDS SHOT OF A RIDICULOUSLY LARGE SKATEBOARD RAMP.
112 COSMO
The... Super, Colossal, Gigantic, Freakishly
large... Ramp of Death!
ON A TERRIFIED TIMMY with AJ and Chester.

Don’t worry, Timmy! Just do the Timmy Tuck
and you’ll be the new queen!

King.

Whatever.
ON VICKY ON THE TOP OF THE RAMP

I, Vicky, am about to do the totally
original...and completely mine trick... “The
Vicky Tuck!”
ON TIMMY, CHESTER AND AJ
117 TIMMY
What?!
118 CHESTER
She stole your trick! This calls for some
dramatic background music!
Chester hits a button on his tooth. Suddenly, an ORAL ONE-MAN BAND

pops out of his now-even-larger braces.
ON VICKY - Who leaps onto her board. The camera follows her as she
skates down the ramp. She flies into the air. But as she tries the trick,
something goes wrong. She starts spinning wildly out of control.
119 VICKY
AAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! OOOOOF!!!
The skateboard flies off and explodes in the distance. Vicky lands face
first.
ON COSMO AND WANDA
120 WANDA
Ooo. That’s gotta hurt.
121 COSMO
One would hope!
122 WANDA
Now all Timmy has to do is survive the big
ramp and he wins!
CUT TO:
ON TIMMY as he walks toward the big ramp.
123 TIMMY
Oh no... the big ramp... I can’t do it! I won’t!
I...
ON CROWD OF KIDS
124 CROWD
Timmy! Timmy! Timmy!
ON TIMMY -- now at the top of the big ramp.
125 TIMMY
(to crowd)
ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT!
(to self)
Well... it’s been nice knowing me.
Timmy jumps on the board, and heads down.

126 TIMMY (CONT’D)

Skating on the moon...
Timmy starts moving around, picking up steam.
127 TIMMY
... ramping down the pyramids...
He crouches down, holding the tip of his board.
128 TIMMY
...skating in the jungle... I can do this... I can
do this...
ON VICKY
129 VICKY
He’s gonna do it! Unless...
Vicky pulls out a remote control and hits a button.
ON THE BIG RAMP
A series of explosions hit the ramp... and a big slice of the middle drops
out!
130 TIMMY
Oh no! I’m doomed!
ON CHESTER AND AJ
131 AJ
Wow she’s totally cheating! I mean...(reads
dictionary)...cheating.
132 CHESTER
Not if I can help it!
Chester smiles -- and a gigantic RAILROAD TRACK pops out of his

mouth and bridges the gap in the BIG RAMP. Timmy rockets over it,
sparks flying. Timmy hits the lip of the ramp and shoots into the air.
133 TIMMY
And now for some zero gravity spins!
134 WANDA (O.S.)

Look at him go! A 1400 degree spin with one
flip! Two!
135 COSMO (OS.)

Three! And... what’s after three?
Just before he lands, he makes the fourth flip.
136 TIMMY
FOUR!
137 COSMO (O.S.)

Right!
Timmy lands with amazing precision, right next to Chester and AJ. AJ
holds his sketch pad.
138 TIMMY
And THAT’S why it’s called the Timmy Tuck!
The CROWD GOES WILD. Vicky gets in their faces.
139 VICKY
No way, Twerp! How could you do that when I
couldn’t?
AJ shows her the drawing.
140 AJ
Because Timmy’s small and nice. You’re tall
and weighted down with too much evil, which
threw off your balance!
141 VICKY
That’s super... (To Timmy) You’ll be going now.
142 TIMMY
Oh no! I won! I’m the Queen now!
143 AJ
King.
144 TIMMY
Right! Give me the crown!
145 VICKY
You want this crown? You've got a better
chance of some loser, twelve year old, wastoid
kid falling from the sky and plowing me into the
ground!!!
146 FRANCIS (O.S.)

...WHOOOOOAAAAAA!
WIDE SHOT -- Francis flies in, glowing red from friction. He plows her
into the ground. From a smoking crater, Vicky holds out her helmet.
147 VICKY (O.S.)

Here you go.
148 CROWD
(CHEERS)
149 TIMMY
Thank you! And as the new Queen of the
skate-park, I decree...
Timmy kicks the “You must be this tall sign” over.
150 TIMMY
Let my people skate!
A crowd of kids sweep in and pick Timmy up.
151 CROWD
(CHEERS LOUDLY)
ON COSMO AND WANDA - still at their commentator desk.
152 WANDA (O.S.)

Timmy won, Vicky’s in a crater and kids are
free to skate. Pretty good day, don’t you think?
ON TIMMY, surrounded by cheering kids and Chester and AJ.
153 CHESTER
You did it, Dude!
154 AJ
You beat Vicky and saved the park!
155 TIMMY
Yeah! And best of all, I did it all by myself! Me!
The most coordinated skater ever!
Timmy takes a step and trips over a lady bug.
156 TIMMY
OOOF!
ON COSMO AND WANDA - still at their commentator desk.
157 COSMO
Yep! And best of all... Timmy’s learned some

great new tricks!
Timmy flies into screen, bounces off both their heads and skates off
into the distance.
158 COSMO
And one not so great one.
We PULL BACK to reveal everybody in the park having a good time --

Skating, flipping and enjoying themselves. And on Timmy hitting a
ramp, and arcing into the sky, we...
FADE OUT.
