Warren Enyart Joins Verterra Energy Inc. As Adviser Verterra Energy, based in Minneapolis, Mn.

is a development phase company that h as developed and patented a hydrokinetic turbine that will generate power from c urrents in rivers and ponds. (Minneapolis, Minnesota) June 26, 2012 Mr. Enyart joined the EPraxis Strategy Grou p in a Strategic Alliance in 2008 and brings broad expertise in energy and busin ess development related fields. Enyart has been involved with economic development projects in North Dakota and elsewhere for nearly 40 years. This work ranges from studies of the socio-econom ic impacts of major energy development while employed with the Lewis and Clark R egional Development Council in the early 1970s to achieving sustainable economic development strategies for the Griggs-Steele Empowerment Zone in 2008. He also has experience in international business. In 2001, Enyart negotiated an engine supply agreement with Walter Aircraft Engines, and Avia Aircraft Propelle rs; both companies based in the Czech Republic. Last year, GE Aviation, an opera ting unit of General Electric Company, bought the Walter Aircraft Company. GE is currently, the leading supplier of wind turbines in the US market and has allia nces with at least one major North Dakota manufacturer. On assignment with USAID, Enyart was instrumental in establishing a food process ing grower-owned cooperative in South Central Hungary in 1994 involving negotiat ions with business and political leaders in Hungary, Poland, Estonia, and Finlan d. And again in 1998, he was assigned to assist in the development of a food pro cessing cooperative in Moldova. Warren brings over 40 years of energy and alternative energy experience as our advi ser and has worked in nearly all aspects of energy.
