The Group established more than 110 years ago now operates in 41 countries, employing about 40,000 people, with a turnover exceeding 15.2 billion Job Description Plant Operations Management Responsible for planning, strategic decision making, organizing and leading and controlling total operations of LPG Bottling Plant. Handling end to end plant operations in conjunctions with guidelines and SOPs. Benchmarking KPIs & analyzing factory variances Achieve Unit efficacy through optimize production, maintaining high quality standard, meeting supply deliverables Allocation of budgets, Monitoring, review & control budgeted expenditures, capital & revenue expenditure analysis, Planning & scheduling of capital expenditures Store Inventory management, Optimization of assets, reallocation of underperforming assets, and disposal of surplus. Provides inputs on key initiatives, gaps, issues & resource allocations.

Maintenance Management Preparing maintenance plans. Scheduling and assigning predictive / preventive jobs Break down maintenance, root cause analysis & corrective action Critical spare inventory management & upkeep Safety & Statutory Management

Responsible for health & safety upkeep under company policy, planning, scheduling & implementation of safety activities as per guidelines. Review of Safety Standards, process safety review, accident / near miss investigations & analysis Safety Audits & compliances at filling plants, distribution network & customer installations. Organize Local safety committee meetings, safety trainings, safety seminars & conferences Safety Trainings for franchisee, vendors, transport crews & customers. Liaising with statutory authorities & procurement of grants / licenses. Statutory compliances related to filling plants, depots & installations. Distribution & Supply Chain Cylinder Transportations Management - fleet requirements, transporter search & agreements, vendor evaluation & rating. Analyzing Logistics performance & transport cost optimization though vehicle efficiency, turn round & payload, routing & scheduling. Responsible to achieve targeted Team Development Conduct training program for plant staff, operators, technicians, security, transporters to develop skills and enhance on job knowledge Development of team through preparation of career growth plan for all individual & providing necessary support to excel individual brilliance. Finalizing of the KRAs for the team and in depth appraisals discussing strength & weakness of individual. Heading the monthly reviews meet with presentation, Role Plays to evaluate performance against key result areas, feedbacks & supports, conclude various functional matters. Customer Service Customized product attributes to meet customers specific requirements. In depth analysis of Customer feedback and carrying out modifications to achieve desired customer satisfaction.

Time to time Review of supply deliverables & deviations, feedback to plant towards corrective actions.
