Leadership: Guide the organization as the champion of corporate requirements, values and business systems. Establish and maintain a work environment that fosters performance improvement, accomplishment of strategic objectives, innovation, and organizational agility. Position the organization as a respected and valued part of the communities in which we operate with implementation of strategic community involvement activities. Strategic Planning and Deployment: Be a primary contributor to the formation of strategic objectives / plans for the assigned company or locations. Ensure that the organizational strategies as defined by the CTP Holdings Pte Ltd management are in complete alignment with the strategic action plans deployed at the assigned company or locations. Highlight and react to business changes that may alter this alignment. Customer and Market Focus: Support customer focused strategy and action plans by aligning the operations with these strategies. Be an active participant in identifying customers, customer groups and market segments and actively be involved in determining key customer requirements. Manage and measure the business in a way that leads to customer acquisition, satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and to business expansion and sustainability. Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management: Utilize key comparative data and information to support operational and strategic decision-making and innovation. Ensure cost effective and efficient measurement, analysis and knowledge systems are in place and available to collect, integrate, track, report and base decisions on for all levels. Review and analyze this information to assess organizational success, competitive performance and progress relative to strategic objectives and action plans. Take action to achieve organizational targets and continuous improvement towards industry leadership in the chosen areas. Collect, protect and capitalize intellectual property. 1 Human Resources: Define work systems and employee learning and motivation to enable employees to develop and utilize their full potential in alignment with the organization's overall objectives, strategy, and action plans. Build and maintain a work environment

and employee support climate conducive to performance excellence, collaboration and to personal and organizational growth. Utilize performance management systems to provide regular feedback to employees. Recognize, reward and provide incentive for high performance. Build sufficient human resource capital to contribute to organizational growth at both the location and group level. Process Management: Maintain focus on the key value creating process in the business. Maintain flexibility to enable and encourage innovation, productivity improvements, quality improvements, and total cost profile reductions. Ensure sufficient resources are available to accomplish this.

Establish, implement and maintain internal controls that will provide cost effective protection over the assets of the Group in I Indonesia. Identify best practice opportunities to improve processes / controls and provide value added financial analysis for the Group in Indonesia. Take an active part developing, using and educating the business team on the Management Information systems and processes that will allow the business to make informed decisions and deal with growth and complexity Recruit, Train and develop Finance Talent in order to support c current and future growth Business partnering includes leading change and innovation by understanding and applying the various components of the business providing actionable business initiatives to team to ensure Group's objectives are met and effectively communicated t throughout the organization. Engage Centers of Expertise (e.g. Tax, Legal, Treasury, SBD, CRM etc) as appropriate. Ensure that controls are in place to provide accurate and timely information that will support the rapid exploitation of value creation opportunities Ensure that processes are built that allows the Group to assess risks in the business Work with the location General Managers to ensure that meaningful budgets are prepared and variances analyzed. Position Title: Chief Estate Manager Leadership: Be a champion of corporate requirements, values and business systems in the estates operations unit. Be a force for effective collaboration of the estates operations unit with others. Strategic Planning and Deployment: Contribute to the formation and execution of strategic planning as a member of the assigned location's senior leadership team. Act as the collective voice of the Estates Managers and personnel. Ensure the needs of the estates operations at the assigned locations are met in executing the strategy. Customer and Market Focus: Know, communicate and support the role estates operations plays in serving the needs of the customer. Support customer focused strategy and action plans by aligning the estates operations with these strategies. 2 Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management: Fully deploy and utilize the activity based management system [TOPS] and the agronomy management system [OMP] and practices for the estates operations. Utilize and communicate the key common performance measurements across the estates locations assigned. Collect, protect

and capitalize intellectual property. Position Title: Senior Plasma Operation Manager Able to develop Plasma based on Government Scheme. To ensure all the Plasma Product sent to Hindoli Continuously develop Plasma's knowledge/improvement Always keep being updated with the new/prevailing government regulation.

Continuously develop and maintain good relationship with Plasma Position Title: Relations and General Affairs Manager Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan kerja yang positif dengan lembaga pemerintahan. Melakukan pengelolaan segala bentuk perizinan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk berusaha di Indonesia sesuai k ketentuan yang berlaku. Bertanggungjawab terhadap penanganan berbagai aspek pertanahan milik perusahaan. Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang balk dengan para pemangku k kepentingan di lokasi-lokasi usaha perusahaan Melakukan perencanaan dan pengawasan pengamanan terpadu di lokasi usaha perusahaan dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan HOD/Estate Managers. P Position Title: Senior Mill Manager Participate with estate management in establishing annual FFB milling plan and execute it within the budget and standard & goals framework agreed. Ensure that the quality of production is maintained within customer specifications. Initiate and, if approved, execute improvements in productivity, safety, food safety, ISO 9002 Support commercial dept. in relation to customers in technical aspects. Implement Cargill and local environmental health and safety p policies in order to give the staff the safest environment possible. Train and motivate staff to ensure a good long term working environment is maintained and to upgrade know-how on p processing. Define and execute a maintenance program to maximize p production continuity, maintain EDT below 3.5% Review FFB supply schedule in relation to real estate delivery s schedule on a weekly basis Keep liaison with governmental agencies on regulations, permits, operating licenses. Ensure no revoke on permits C Comply with Cargill ethical standards Meet Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards/target set by 3 company Position Title: Financial Controller (Site)

Establish, implement and maintain internal controls that will provide cost effective protection over the assets of the company. Provide location management qualitative information that will help the business decision process. Prepare with location management annual budget information for the location to be proposed to CTP Holdings Pte Ltd management and provide performance monitoring against the approved budgets on a monthly basis. Coordination of audit and reporting requirements. Ensure systems are in place for daily production reports to be prepared accurately and reported timely.

With the location general manager prepare capital expenditure commitment requests for presentation to CTP Holdings Pte Ltd management for approval. Prepare monthly Construction in P Process reports for monitoring of projects. Ensure that all location corporate, statutory and income tax requirements are complied with. Design and implement security c control procedures together with location management. Take charge of directing procurement and logistics staff at the location. P Position Title: HR Manager Implement human resources policies, procedures and system, set u up by CTP Holdings Pte Ltd Recommend and implement remuneration policies, term and conditions which are consistent with the company's business objective and personnel strategies Direct and coordinates all internal training and associate activities on site to meet the required short and term business r requirements of Cargill using the most effective training method Identified and use Cargill /external agencies as required to be able t to meet the training plan a professional and cost effective manner Ensure the up to date maintenance of accurate personnel record a and statistics Recruit, train and motivate own staff in order to ensure the expertise levels required to meet the current and future needs of department
