Production Support - Worked on SAP security tickets to meet Disney metrics and reported on security tracking codes and cause codes. Supported Disney Studios SAP Landscape( R/3, BW, EBP, CRM) by provisioning/de-provisioning user access and authorizations using tcodes PA30, PFCG, PO13 and SU01. SAP ECC 6.0 Implementaiton and rollouts Setup Role Design meetings with Business and functional teams to gather requirements for SAP ECC 6.0 Implementations. Worked with Change Management group to design Role Mapping and exception map users Responsible for working with business teams to test new and existing functionality and migrating roles from dev to QA and production. Provided hyper care post implementation support for all SAP ECC 6.0 rollouts. Created SAP service IDs, System and communication IDs and OSS logon IDs.

 Created firefighter IDs for cutover related activities using tcode /n/VIRSA/VFAT. Used Role Expert (/n/VIRSA/VRMT) to keep logs of business requests, role descriptions, auth object and tcode changes. Made sure PFCG and Role Expert were consistent with all Role changes.
