2 Head Scout: One Prepares the all final Reports and Other scout them in Matches. Look for 20 JPA, JPP, Mental, WWY and Reputation. Pay them Anything and Accept Anything. Sign other scouts, all with experience in different regions. They must have very high attributes for Judging Player Ability and Judging Player Potential. Mental, Determination and Level of Discipline are bonus. Workhorses of yours network. Job of the 1st Man: Here is what my first Head Scout does? He prepares the final report. The preliminary reports were prepared by 6 + 2 different scout with JPA>15 and 6 different scout with JPP>15 (for MUFC it will be opposite). The Head Scout must have a Mental>15 attribute for exact 3rd Line. Send a Coach with Mental>15, before Head Scout; if he doesnt have that.

Job of 2nd Man: He is the man who runs around players all around the world. A good Tactical and TK is good but not necessary. My job is to compare his Match Report to the Attribute Distribution and Scout Report. Most of the times his report will be obvious, but at intervals you will find very important things related to his hidden attribute, personality and basic skills. Youth Recruitment Network is an important factor when scouting club. The Loaded League produces maximum gems. Each gem corresponds to their national standard though. e.g. Brazilian will be flair, English will be physical, Spanish will be technical and Faroese will be unprofessional.

SCOUT REPORTS
Personality Provided you know how to handle them, any Personality could suit you "Your Scout believes you have an x squad and y would fit in well Time it will take to fit in. Strengths and Weaknesses Little clues about "Hidden" attributes. Usually, Consistency, Important Matches or Injury Proneness is most common but it often mentions others. "Your Scout also indicates that he regards x to be a y performer" Current and Potential Ability How good a player is and how good he can be out of 5 stars, relative to your team's Reputation. "Your Scout believes x would be yth best in their Position if he were to join the club" Transfer Information Gives you Asking price, approximate wages, interest from the player and the club's willingness to sell and contract length. Check this to see if you've over-paid on fee or wages or whether it would be best to wait his contract out and sign on a bosman.

Transfer Tips:
Players with high work rate and determination reached their potential far more often than players with low work rate and determination

Buying players with personal problem isnt always a mistake. Most of them are available at a discount price and is nurtured correctly at your club could lose their personal problems and gain value. But then again, its always a risk. Determinant of a Gem Success: Whats his determination attribute like? Whats his personality type? Whats his record at other foreign clubs like (time period wise)? When buying old players consider this has that player peaked? How was the Last Season for him or Current one? Personality is most important factor here. Scout the players in Matches to assess his on field performance. Compare that to his stats. If your coach has a good JPA/P and knowledge of a specific country better than other scout. Use him. Unfashionable places include Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Asia. Cheap Bargains. Teams in Financial problem can sell their players at up-to half price but not always. The perfect age to buy a first team player is between 19 and 23. This time the player will be more proven allowing you to easily realise is that player is chuff or wheat. Over-the-peak Star Player without good Personality should be allowed to go but not voluntarily. Players with High Mental Stats who may retire in a year or two, will become good coach. But you will need to train them too. Advantage being their personality, club knowledge and Familiarity with Tactics you use. Best Technical and Tactical Coaches are mostly former Players. You should always include a 25% of next transfer fee clause in any player under the age of 27, while selling. Good Relation with Agents and League Transfer Speculation are good source of determining exact player needed by team and possible values. But use your brain first.
