INTRODUCTION OF THE HRM

Human Resource Management is the organizational function that

deals with issues related to people such as compensation, hiring,


performance wellness, management, benefits, organization development, safety,

employee and

motivation, that focuses

communication, on recruitment,

administration,

training,

management, and providing direction for the people who work in the

organization.

DEFINITION OF THE HRM

According to National Institute of Personal Management in India, The Human Resource Management or Personal Management is that part of general management which is concerned with the people at work and with their relationships within the organization. It seeks to bring together men and women who make up the enterprise, enabling each to make his own best contribution to its

success both as an individual and as a member of working group.

INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC

EMPLOYEE REMUNERATION :
Employee Remuneration refers to the reward or compensation given
to the employees for their work performances. Remuneration provides basic attraction to a employee to perform job efficiently and effectively. Remuneration leads to employee motivation. Salaries constitutes an important source of income for employees and determine their standard of living. Salaries effect the employees productivity and work performance. Thus the amount and method of remuneration are very important for both management and employees.

DEFINITION
According to the US Labor Code, A salaried worker in one paid on a regular schedule who receives a predetermined amount on each pay date. The payment the worker receives can be part or the entire predetermined amount. This amount cannot be changed no matter how many days or hours the employee works or the quality of the work performed. This employee must receive the agreed-

upon portion of his salary each week.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT


To

study on that how to establish a fair, just and equitable wage

and salary structure in Tajshree Motors YAMAHA Pvt.. Ltd. To study of which facilities to provide the employees satisfaction. To study of employees insurance policy structure & provident fund also. To study of incentives plan & how to bring improvement in labor-

management relations in Tajshree Motors YAMAHA Pvt. Ltd.

CONCLUSION
After visiting the showroom & asking question I tried to find out the

measure problem to employees about salary structure. Thereafter I


found the following problems of employees about the salary and there management, insurance policy, over time money, fringe benefit

etc...
The problems were as follows: The relation between employer and employee is not better. No incentives plan to the employees & No over time money. No subsidized canteen facility & no hospitalization payment

The relation between employer and employee is not better.

SUGGESTION :

Appling good incentive plan. Payment by result. Profit sharing with workers.

Good relations between employer and employee.


Provide the better facilities to workers.
