we are doing a team building activity which includes my friends and family. This will benefit everyone commercially. This presentation explains about this in 10 mins

Introduction
Everyone will have some requirement for Insurance. Many people will spend big money on insurance but they never get it until policy matures. In our team building, we are promoting an insurance that will give good returns in few months. Usually, every insurance product purchased, entitles for 10-30% commission to agent. This money will never be returned back to us.

Introduction
Here is a company called TLC which is top agent for Bajaj Allianz, which through simple promotion scheme will share commission to its members. Idea is simple. We have to buy a policy for Rs.13000 and become its member. Then promote the same to few others. People think it is very difficult to do. But this is what we are making easier by doing team work. Our team has specialists who can talk to down lines and help them to achieve bring in more people.

The Network
This is a binary netowrk. First you will buy a product You will sponsor 2 coordinators, they sponsor 2 coordinators and so on it goes.

I. Referral Incentive
For First product premium If you sponsor a pair (10 points) (L,R) of co-ordinators, you get Rs. 600/- You will sponsor 2 coordinators, they sponsor 2 coordinators and so on it goes. Value per point is Rs.30 The first pair payout will be released once a tail entry is created on any one of the sides.

II. Marshal Incentive I 2nd Product Premium For renewal of every pair(10 points)(L,R), you get Rs.250/ The Maximum payout is Rs.25,000/- for 15 days.The payout is calculated on 15th and 30th/31st of every month. Means Value per point is Rs.12.5

III. Marshal Incentive II 3rd Product Premium For renewal of every pair(10 points)(L,R), you get Rs.250/ The Maximum payout is Rs.25,000/- for 15 days.The payout is calculated on 15th and 30th/31st of every month. Means Value per point is Rs.12.5

IV. Life Incentive 4th Product Premium For renewal of every pair(10 points)(L,R), you get Rs.100/ Means Value per point is Rs.5

V. Direct Referral Incentive

If you refer more than two coordinators, you get Rs.200/for each person(10points).This incentive is released only after the sponsor(A) is eligible to get first pair incentive. The same will be deducted from the sponsor(A)'s incentive.
