Kalpavriksh is currently pursuing a PIL (Public


Interest Litigation) filed in the Supreme Court,
relating to threats to the Onge tribe and the
deforestation of the Little Andaman Island
KV helped villagers of Nahin-Badkot
(Dehradun) fight and win a case against limestone
quarrying
KV is also helping the villagers of Jardhargaon,
Tehri Garhwal oppose a mining lease in their area
