Phase I (a) Joining formalities Overview of SFL Businesses/Products/Processes Factory / Unit Visits Presentations to committee of senior executives Phase I (b) Orientation of various functional areas Marketing / Exports Design & Development and Customer Supplier Interface Special Purpose Machines Human Resources / Personnel Finance
Phase II In depth study of entire manufacturing process Production Planning & Control Production Process Despatch Tool Room Works Engineering Dept.
Management Development Programs MTs would be provided training on various soft skills such as Communication Skills Presentation Skills, Goal Setting , Team work, Creativity & Innovation etc.
to enable them develop their individual skills to aid in performing their roles effectively on the job
Periodic Reporting & Review of progress Live projects assigned Feedback provided by HODs on progress and on performance & inputs for enhancing performance Assignment of Mentors - Handholding & guidance provided by Mentors on periodic basis
Rotation Policy:
The trainees will be rotated to another Division after 12 months of joining SFL and the next rotation will be after 36 months of joining SFL.
