AIM
This project was aimed to develop an online platform (website) which makes public easy to contact the administrative body of the city.

OBJECTIVE
Common platform to explore ideas and enriches views and thoughts helps administrative body to understand the public issues and needs.

To make the public actively participate in this online system and share their ideas and views for the growth of society.

SCOPE
This Site will be ideal to all the cities in India and can be implemented everywhere with minor changes. People as well as NGOs can benefit from this site. So, in this way it helps the central government to monitor each and every minute detail and provides a wide scope in the future.

FUNCTIONALITIES
Users: Authenticated users should be able to issue complaints &
post suggestions, submit feedback, browse through other complaints & suggestions and their feedback.

Officials : Officials can log-in to their accounts as created by

administrator. Authorities can access all the complaints, can post suggestions. Give response to complaints with active reports.

Administrator : Create, and monitor accounts of authorities.

Handle complaints about improper response by Officials. He takes care of any external threats.
