Rates are per month based on a five day week standard 45 hours All transport is provided with driver and vehicles as necessary licensed and insured available 24 X 7 All accommodation is provided expat standard based on accompanied status villa / apartment as requested All flights are provided from origin to Project and Project to Home base, business class provision for all parties including wives / partners All medical insurance is provided based on international BUPA premium service All emergency expatriation costs are covered covering civil unrest, medical evacuation, accident evacuation Annual leave of 30 days per annum is included Annual flights business class project location to home or cost equivalent once per annum Expatriation of personnel effects and furniture from origin to project location and project location to home base all costs are covered including insurance premium and loss Per diem is based on UK GBP 30 per day + cost of living allowance if higher (neutral if lower) adjusted 6 monthly relative to Cost of Living Index at project location Salaries and all earnings, expenses and per diem are tax free in country of source and home country Salaries, expenses per diem are paid into nominated accounts on the 28 of each month in USD (United State Dollars) All rates and provisions are fixed for one year and then subject to local cost of living index changes
