So that, everyone can make efforts for purchase the colors of Champion.

Sales Promotion: Sales promotion by putting coins of some amount of money in the packs Giving special schemes to dealers as discounts Consumer tools to promote the paints like samples, tokens, cash refunds, offers, warranties, etc.

Advertising Champion has not yet given any advertisement in any media. Aim to give advertisement in medias like Radios, TVs, Newspapers, Hoardings, Banners, etc. within the short period.

Pricing: According to Philip Kotlar, Price is the amount of money charged for a product or services of the sum of the value that customers exchange for the benefits of having or using the product or services.

The Pricing of Champion Paints Price of competitors & cost of materials affect the prices. Both cost based and competition based pricing policy used. Mainly prices are decided on the cost. Considered the goal of the company. Champion Paints has more than 2150 Shades of colors and paints and other items, the price list of main products of Champions as follows: WATER BASE PRODUCTS:INTERIOR PREMIUM form Rs. 330 Rs.3500 for 10 kg WATER BASE PRODUCTS:EXTERIOR PREMIUM from Rs. 650Rs. 3000 for 10 kg

Distribution:

Champion is using the 3rd level of distribution channel where the company sale the paints to the distributors or dealers and they sale it to the retailers or to the customers directly. Decisions about distribution of the products is taken by the Marketing Executives in general meetings. Distribution Channel MANUFACTURER ->DISTRIBUTORS ->DEALERS ->CUSTOMERS

Market Segmentation:

Local Market segment includes the small cities & villages & towns of the Gujarat Interior And Exterior decorative paints segmented to rich people, willing customers. Income, family life cycle, buying perceptions, occasions, etc. considered for segmenting

3. Finance:

Financial Department: Financial and function of financial are the part of economic activity. 4. Human Resource:About

HRD:

Champion Paints takes care of employees of the company very well. They have applied some policies for progress of Human Resources and for that purpose they spend enough money for development of HRs. they have good industrial environment without any disputes due their effective human resources management.

Forecast the need for the person or employees in any organization Use the forecasting methods and manpower planning Use various absenteeism ratios and labour turnover ratios Invite the pool of employees as per their require Giving the advertisement about the recruiting the personnels Sometimes they use the transfer and promotion Give priority to select employee from internal sources If the vacancy is for a skilled person, then uses external sources At that time interview are used and IQ and skill tests are taken
