FIRST ASSIGNMENT
He first day was all about
trying to get as close as
possible to our skin color
using poster paint. The above
pictures shows the trial on
hand so that the merging of
the applied color to the skin
color can be experience
easier. The image below
shows various proportions of
mixing various colors to get as
close as the skin color.
FIRST ASSIGNMENT
The display of everyones exploration on the assignments with their
experiences about it.
SECOND ASSIGNMENT
Here, three images were chosen out of several images which struck us
the most. Then, words which were seen expressing itself in the pictures
were noted. Next, the images are covered and color are chosen from
1800 color palettes from Asian paints spectra which could give the
closest feeling of the words noted.
THIRD ASSIGNMENT
Here, words were noted which we felt can be associated with the name
of the color written in the square. Then, with the words in mind, colors
are chosen from 1800 color palettes. This is followed up by analysis on
how people have different colors associated with the same name.
THIRD ASSIGNMENT
The colors chosen by everyone for the same name of colors are analyze
and the difference can be starkly seen here . This showed how different
people sees different colors differently.
FOURTH ASSIGNMENT
Here, in this assignment, we were to tell a story, a poem etc. using
colors. It showed us how different colors are associated with different
emotions by different people.
FIFTH ASSIGNMENT
In this assignment , we were to collect 40 materials with feel , finish,
color or texture close to 20 given emotions. Then out of that 5 were
selected and a color palletes was created.

SIXTH ASSIGNMENT
From the

Preparation of research tools
For this assignment, research tools were made . A set of images were
chosen which displayed different emotions strongly. The above
images are some examples. This were carried along with a color
pallete and material samples.
