with upgrade the customer can use both V11 and Prof. 2010.

STEP 7 Professional 2010 after the start of delivery of V11
Customers who buy a Professional 2010 and an SUS after the start of delivery of V11
get an upgrade to V11.

As of Step 7 Professional 2010 SP1, we will always include V11 and a combo V11 key with the
purchase of a Professional 2010 regardless of SUS.
As of this time, we will also no longer send an upgrade to V11 with the SUS.
