Online Shopping
Online shopping or e-shopping is a form
of electronic commerce
Allows consumers to directly buy goods or
services from a seller over the Internet using
a web browser.
There are a large number of e-tailers that are
gaining popularity these days like flipkart,
myntra, olx, amazon etc .
Objective
The primary objective of this studies is to
know about online consumers buying
behaviors towards online shopping
To identify the respondents perception about
online shopping.

Exploratory
Descriptive
Sampling Technique

The convenience sampling method:
Source of the sample is Limited to Delhi city.
Keeping in mind the objectives of the study, a structured
questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting the
primary Data.
A part from variables like : Gender, Age and overall customer
satisfaction were collected and percentage method was used
for this study.

Sample Size
62 consumers (Respondents) of
were taken.
Out of the total 62,32 were females
and rest 30were males
and the age group of the
respondents was between 18 to 65.

Primary data have been collected with the help of
structured questionnaire by respondent field
survey method.
In case of secondary data we used internet
websites, journals, newspaper etc.
For this study collected data has been processed and
tabulated by the way of tables & graphs.
The data was presented with the helps of Bar-
Diagram, Pie-Chart and Tables.
LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
The result of the study are specific to the
sample selected and dimensions used.
Hence, they may not be generalized for overall
population.
Actually this study is limited in sample size.

CONCLUSION

most of the respondents are satisfied with online shopping
Many people still go to retail store to see the products
major factor contributing to online shopping is lower prices
. Delay in delivery has emerged as one of the major factors
causing problem in shopping online
online shopping is becoming popular day by day
Many companies are realizing the opportunities of the
ecommerce industry
