G Gods gift to me. R Receive by faith (Eph. 2:-9) A Available to every single person. (Romans 4:16) C Comes through Christ (Romans 5:15) E Extended throughout eternity. What Grace Can Do to You? 1) Grace is a grip, not just a touch. (v. 13-14) Touch in Greek is translated as: a) to grip c) to grab b) to fasten oneself to. Grace is more than a touch, it is greater than touch. Grace is a Grip of God in your life. The grip of God has nothing to do with us. It is purely unearned, unmerited favor of God. 2) Grace provides stillness so we hear the voice of God. (v. 14) The enemy will keep us so busy; so active; so preoccupied; too pressured in ministry and works so we cant hear Gods voice. We need to have a time of quietness before the LORD.
In divine stillness, the voice of God brings faith and hope. Likewise, it will also brings more revelation of His grace. 3) Grace give us our position back. (v.15) coffin of sins/trespasses coffin of compromise Grace gives us eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ. 4) Grace gives us back our voice. (v.150) We lost our voice because we were so dead in our sins/wickedness. But grace restores back our voice so we can praise Him; preach the Gospel; speak the words of faith. 5) Grace restore us to God. (v.15) Sins separate us from God. Grace restore us to God.
