Terms & Conditions

1Service tax & all other duties/levies, will be as applicable from time to time over and above
the deal value.
2.All payments to be made in favour of TDI International India P Limited(MS). Payment to be
made by way of cheque/DD payable at par at Delhi. TDI International India P Limited will
raise the invoice before the start of the campaign & The Client Will make the payment in
advance.
2.Please note the above deal has been offered to the above mentioned client only and will not
be applicable to any other client/deal.
4. Printing charges, mounting charges and the applicable taxes on these, shall be charged extra if
undertaken by us.
TDI International India P Limited invoices are final proof of the Display & no third party
monitoring report will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions

6. Campaign will require a minimum of 03-05 days from the time of placement of order/
receipt of approved creatives, whichever is later.
7. Proposed sites are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation
8. The rates are in INR.
9.Client will have to bear extra charges, if any , levied by municipality/ telecom operators/
service providers/ TRAI or any Regulatory/ govt. body before/ during the contract/
activity period.Client also agrees to abide by & if required, accordingly alter,stop the
activity - if necessitated by any rule, regulation enforced by municipality/ telecom
operators/ service providers/ TRAI or any Regulatory/ govt. body before/during the
contract/ activity period.
