Tudung Group is holding company GarudaFood, it has 4
Line of Business (LOB):

LOB FOOD (GarudaFood) is focus of production and


marketing product snack, biscuit, confectioneries, basic
food and dairy.

LOB BEVERAGE (Suntory Garuda Beverage*) is focus of


production and marketing based on non-alcohol.
LOB DISTRIBUTION (Sinar Niaga Sejahtera) is
distribution to food product and beverage of GarudaFood
in Indonesia.
LOB AGRIBUSINESS, is comprise with some companies
such as: PT Bumi Mekar Tani (Peanut plantation), PT
Garuda Bumi (CPO mill).

1979

To start a business roasted peanuts without brand

1987

To start used to Garuda brand to roasted peanuts

1994

Establish of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera as


distribution division for the optimization of products
to over all Indonesia

1995

To start produce coated peanuts

1997

Entered business biscuit is Danza brand as the first


biscuit brand, and followed the next brand is Salma
brand. In 2001, its new brand that is Gery and then
bolted into a market in the category of wafer stick.

1998

When Asian financial crisis, GarudaFood


expanded into business by Kiky Jelly brand and
renamed Okky Jelly.
SNS Established new distribution area in the
Java island.

1999

SNS expanded and developed several new


distribution areas outside java by 11 identities legal.

2002

Entered business Okky jelly Drink and became a


trendsetters.

2004

Entered business basic food by launching a brand


of cereal products is enerfill.
GarudaFood started to business confectionery by
Ting-Ting brand

2005

Entered business beverage based on tea that is


mountea.
Entered business snack that is Leo.

2006

Established PT Tudung Putri Jaya as holding


company.

2007

Launching new logo of GarudaFood.

2008

GaduraFood launching new product by


Chocolatos and Wafelatos brands to category of
wafer cream.
Entered business beverage functional drink that is
SuperO2.
Acquired Fuhua Jinjing Yonghe, confectionery
manufacturing (In China)

2009

Entered business dairy by launching Clevo liquid


milk.

Based on Euro Monitor, GarudaFood maintained the


first position in the category sweet and savory snacks
26% (2009) and 22% (2010) retail value share.
GarudaFood dominated to roasted peanuts by 52%
retail value share
Established Xiamen GarudaFood Co. Ltd to serving
market in China.
2010

The first launched biscuit donut in Indonesia is Gery


ODonut.

2011

Establish join venture company, collaborating by


Suntory, Japan of PT Suntory Garuda beverage.
Launched by coffee beverage with Kopyes brand, JellO Blast and Berrygood.
Launched Nachi as premium rice product
Go live ERP

2012

Established JV Company joint Polyflex India, to


be Garuda Polyflex Foods Private Limited by
launching Gone Mad choco stick to Indian
Market.
Launched fruit-flavored drink in bottles are Okky
Koko, Cool and Go
The first Launched Mirai ocha in bottles in
Indonesia.

2013

Launched Okky Jell-O Juice, premium jelly juice


drinks in tetra packed.
Launched Mytea, the first Oolong tea in bottles
in Indonesia.
Launched Mountea Sparkling, fruit-flavored
drinks collaborating.

package with an attractive design and promote a
birthday party, and www.berbagibingkisan.com for
other special events.
Beside it developed www.snspoint.com that
allows resellers to receive information new product
and promotion programs.

International business division is an integral part
GarudaFood in expanding into the global market, with
International Group GarudaFood as the leader
Garuda.
Currently GarudaFood Group is serious entered the
market in China by GarudaFood Ltd in Xiamen, The
company that focus on marketing in China.
GarudaFood Group has blazed cooperation with
distributors in several countries ASEAN, target focus
on development regional business, namely the
Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Now, Garudas roastes, Gery biscuits, and Okky Jelly
Drink has done sales in several countries in the world.
