On 8/16/15, Barnes and others shot multiple rounds at the victim,
Shanell Anderson-Edwards, from a vehicle at 773 Genesee St. The
weapon used was an AK-47 assault rifle. There is no connection
between the victim and the suspects.

On 8/16/15, Barnes and others assaulted and robbed an individual
of property on Aberdeen St.
3. Reckless Endangerment 1st:
On 8/16/15, Barnes and others fired multiple rounds from an AK-47
at a house and crowd of people on Flanders St. No individuals were
struck by the gunfire.

On 8/16/15, Barthel and others shot multiple rounds at the victim,

On 8/16/15, Barthel and others assaulted and robbed an
individual of property on Aberdeen St.
3. Reckless Endangerment 1st:
On 8/16/15, Barthel and others fired multiple rounds from an AK47 at a house and a crowd of people on Flanders St. No
individuals were struck by the gunfire.

On 8/16/15, Barthel and others unlawfully possessed an AK-47 assault rifle. This is
the same weapon used in the triple murder.
5. Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4 th:
On 9/1/15, Barthel was arrested while driving a vehicle stolen from a residential
Burglary which occurred on Fulton Ave.
6. Burglary 2nd / Grand Larceny 4th:
Between 9/8 - 9/9/15, there was a residential Burglary on Lapham St. An air
conditioner was pushed in and items were stolen from inside the house.
7. Federal Charge - Unlawful Possession of Stolen Firearms:
On 9/9/15, there was a Burglary of (5) weapons from a residence on Clay Ave. In the
Federal Complaint filed, Barthel is charged with possessing weapons stolen in the
Burglary.
8. At the time of these crimes, Barthel was on Probation, and a Violation of Probation
was lodged.

1. Burglary 2nd:
On 7/29/15, there was a residential Burglary on Lake Ave. Blackshell and
other individuals stole a safe containing (3) weapons, including the AK-47
used in the triple murder as well as multiple other crimes.
2. Federal Hobbs Act - Commercial Robbery:
On 8/4/15, there was an Armed Robbery of a 7-11 store on Lake Ave. Two
suspects entered the store, one armed with a handgun. The weapon was
pointed at the head of the clerk. Money and tobacco products were stolen.
3. Assault 1st / Attempted Murder:
On 8/16/15, Blackshell and others shot multiple rounds from a vehicle at
the victim, Shanell Anderson-Edwards, at 773 Genesee St. The weapon
used was an AK-47 assault rifle. There is no connection between the victim
and the suspects.

individuals were struck by the gunfire.

On 8/16/15, Blackshell and others unlawfully possessed an AK-47
assault rifle. This is the same weapon used in the triple murder.

Weapon 2nd:
On 8/19/15, Blackshell along with others were in a moving vehicle when
they fired approximately 30 rounds from an AK-47 and a handgun. The
shots were fired at a crowd of people who just exited a basketball game
at the Boys and Girls Club. Raekwon Manigault, Johnny Johnson, and
Jonah Barley were killed. 3 others were also struck and injured by the
gunfire.

On 8/21/15, on Electric Ave. Blackshell and others struck a victim in the
head with a bottle and stole property.

On 8/24/15, Blackshell and others were stopped in a vehicle leaving Eastview Mall. In the
vehicle there was over a thousand dollars in stolen merchandise.

During the above mentioned traffic stop, Blackshell was in possession of a loaded handgun.
11. Petit Larceny:
On 08/18/15, Blackshell stole jewelry from Greece Ridge Mall.
12. Parole Violation:
Blackshell was on Parole for Burglary 2nd at the time of the above crimes. As a result, a
Parole Violation charge was lodged against him.
