About Project
Our project is a prototype having combine

work of sweeping & wiping of floor.

In our prototype the forward section consist of
a vacuum cleaner which will collect all the
dust while the backward section consist of a
water tank along with a cloth that will help in
wiping the floor.
We are using some sensors to avoid the
prototype from tackling with something

WORKING
If any object appears in front of robot the IR

sensor detect the object & send the signal to

the uc, and buzzer beeps and lane changes
automatically and then start cleaning.
Two motor are used to drive wheels one motor
for water pump, 2 for cleaning action are been
used.
Dual 9V relay circuit is been used to drive the
cleaner & water pump motor which is
normally open.

In this 2 batteries are used to operate the

robot. Power supply consist of 1 voltage

regulator 7805 3 PIN,1 Shunt capacitor,1 Led
indicator & 1 K Resistance

heat being emitted by an

Software Being Used

It is used to make the layout of all the relay
circuits and the microcontroller circuits.
We have made it by using or the various
components.

It is used to download the program into
hardware and perform the given instruction in
hardware.

Keil Vision
The Keil Vision Debugger accurately
simulates on-chip peripherals of your 8051
device. Simulation helps you understand
hardware configurations and avoids time
wasted on setup problems.

saves human time.

Can clean the places where we cant easily
reach.
Cleaning & wiping happens simultaneously.
Decides its path automatically according to its
surrounding conditions.

ENHANCEMENT
In our prototype further enhancement can be

made are:Fire alarm

Head light to find objects in dark deep

places.
It can also be made Remote Controlled
Cameras can be placed on it for security
purpose

Solar panel can connected for automatic

charging of battery.
RF remote can decide for specific cleaning.
It can also be converted into security device
for gas leakage.
GSM modem can be interface with robot so
that sms can be sent under emergency.
