INTRODUCTION

MEANING OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT:


Financial statement refers to formal and original statement prepared by a business

concern discloses its information. Financial statements are summaries of the


operating, financing, and investment activities of a business. Financial statements
should provide information useful to both investors and creditors in making credit,
investment, and other business decisions.
The four basic financial statements: the balance sheet, the income statement, the
statement of cash flows, and the statement of shareholders 'equity.

There are three basic financial statements:


Balance sheet
Income statement
Cash Flow statement

MEANING OF FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

Financial analysis is a tool of financial management. It consists of the


evaluation of the financial condition and operating performance of a business
firm, an industry, or even the economy, and the forecasting of its future
condition and performance.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


1.To obtain a true insight into financial position of the Ti anode fabricators
2. To make comparative study of financial statements of different years
3. To draw the correct picture of the financial operations of the
company in terms of liquidity, solvency, turnover, profitability etc

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
DATA COLLECTION
Primary Data: Primary data related to the project was collected from the discussion and
Interaction with the senior employees and executives in the organization from
Accounts and Finance department.
Secondary Data: Secondary data was collected from the documents, which were in printed
forms like annual reports, pamphlets, reference books based on Financial
Management and through websites.
