HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE OF IT:

Restaurants have been around in some form for most of human civilization.
But they usually
catered to travelers. As far back as ancient Greece and
Rome, inns and taverns generally served food to people who had a reason
to be away from home. This trend continued until relatively recently.
Although taverns andcoffeehouses were popular places to gather and share
beverages in the 17th century, the idea of eating out for fun didn't take off
in Western society until the late 18th century.
Although McDonald's was the first restaurant to use the assembly-line
system, some people think of White Castle as the first fast-food chain.
White Castle was founded in 1921 in Wichita, Kansas. At the time, most
people considered the burgers sold at fairs, circuses, lunch counters and
carts to be low-quality. Many people thought hamburger came from
slaughterhouse scraps and spoiled meat.

CONCLUSION:
So, in conclusion, although fast food tastes good and eating it once in a while
is fine, eating fast food too frequently may result in health problems such as
obesity or diabetes. The problems caused by fast food are mainly in the high
sugar, salt and fat content in it. The amounts of sugar, salt and fat are too
much for the body to handle, and so cause problems. There are some
existing solutions to this problem:
Don't eat fast food. However, this may cause a craving or wish to eat fast
food. That could lead to binge eating when the person cannot stop
themselves from eating it. Binge eating harms the body.
Eat once in a while. This solution has been tried and tested and it works.
Many people do this, however, if you do not realise that you are eating it too
frequently, there is still a chance of you getting health problems.

CONCLUSION:
Our solution, based on the results of our taste test, was that if you want to
enjoy a burger, but do not want to get health problems, was to make a homemade burger! Sure, it might take some effort and time but in the end, it's
worth it- you can enjoy something that is both tasty and healthy. Learning to
do this can potentially make your life better because you learn a new skill. At
least you won't go hungry in the future! :)
You can make your own burger easily. Just buy some meat patties, fry it with
a small amount of oil, wash and add lettuce, cheese, sauce, or any other
types of healthy ingredients you like, warm the buns, and enjoy! It will be
both tasty and healthy!

CONCLUSION
Nutrition is an input to and foundation for health and development.
Interaction of infection and malnutrition is well-documented. Better nutrition
means stronger immune systems, less illness and better health.
Healthy children learn better. Healthy people are stronger, are more
productive and more able to create opportunities to gradually break the
cycles of both poverty and hunger in a sustainable way.
Better nutrition is a prime entry point to ending poverty and a milestone to
achieving better quality of life. Freedom from hunger and malnutrition is a
basic human right and their alleviation is a fundamental prerequisite for
human and national development.
