Group Profile
Today, the CLN Group is one of the leading international players on the
world market of processing, stamping and assembly of metal components for
the automotive business with the MA division, for steel wheels with the MW
division, and as a wide scale Service Centre for the industrial business with
the CLN-SSC division it is one of Italys leading distributors of carbon flat
products.

The Group operates on four continents with 53 production sites and

commercial centres and over 8,400 employees. It processed 1,500,000 tons
of steel in 2011 and registered a turnover of 1.9 Billion Euros

MA is the Group Company specialized in producing

and assembling steel automotive structural parts,
components, subassemblies and modules. It is
present in Italy, Europe, South America, Africa and
Asia and today manages 26 production plants and
3 Research and Development Centers.

MA DIVISION

Industrial Partnerships
Each Division has developed its own Industrial Partnerships with major
production Companies. Not just suppliers but true innovation and partners
developing steel based solutions, consultants in the construction of real
networks to supply personalized products to our Customers, assuring a
worldwide presence beside them

MA and Japanese Unipres founded UM Corporation Sas in 2002.

The French Biache-St Vaast plant is dedicated to inner parts
stamping and assembly for PSA Group and Renault Nissan Group.

MA and Coskunz Turkey- formed a JV in Bursa in 2002

setting up the Coskunz MA Otomotive A.S. for stamping
and assembly automotive components for Renault and
Dacia.

MA DIVISION

Industrial Partnerships
MA and JBM India- signed a Joint Venture in 2007.The JBM MA
Chakan facility stamps and assembles inner and outer parts for
Fiat, Tata,Volkswagen passenger cars and Mahindra vehicles. Since
2011 JBM owns majority of the Engineering Company Tesco Go.
MA and Proma Group Italy- joined forces in 2008 and set-up
Proma Poland (35%) for seating and automotive components
assembly. The alliance was reinforced in 2010 with the set-up of
the NewCo PMC Automotive d.o.o., and a new plant in Kragujevac
- Serbia for seating assembly, presswork and structural components
for FAS Fiat Automobile Serbia. The production is starting in June
2012.Two NewCos were also established in 2011, PMC SpA and
PMC Italy srl, for the acquisition of the Frigostamp stamping plant
in Bruino.

MA DIVISION

Industrial Partnerships
MA S.p.A. signed in April 2012 an agreement for the
incorporation of a 50/50 JV with the Chinese company Beijing
Shougang Metal Co., Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of
Shougang Group Corporation, a giant in the Chinese steel
business. The agreement foresees a new production site in
the Beijing area, which will be dedicated to the production of
stamped, roll-formed and assembled sheet metal components
for the automotive industry.
