SALAD CHONTA:
La Chonta is the
heart or core of the
palms. In the region
usually consumed the
chonta or pijuayo;
preparing it in raw
form in salads.

INCHICAPI: It's a
chicken soup with
peanuts, cilantro and
yucca. This delicious
Indian soup is a
favorite for special
days.

Timbuche: Caldo typical of the Peruvian Amazon,


also called Chilcano, made of fish, cilantro, garlic
and salt.

FRIED PAICHE: is the


largest of the Amazon
river fish, measured
from 1 meter to 2.5
meters long and in
some cases can weigh
200 kg. It is fine white
meat, very tasty.

Tacacho: is prepared with


roasted green bananas,

and roasted in the fire.

RICE JUANE: It is a mass of rice with chunks of


chicken, eggs, pepper, tomato, cilantro, butter and
water, wrapped in bijao leaf and steamed.

SURI ARREBOZADO:The"suri" is a worm that


grows in the central part of trees aguaje.

The complex has 369 hectares and has


an artificial beach known as Playa
