STRESS
How often have you had a headache in the last twelve
months?How many stomachaches have you
had?Have you sometimes found it difficult to
breathe?Have you had any skin problems?How often
have you felt sad or nervous for no good reason?How
often have you wanted to cry? How often have you
got angry?
If your answer to three or more of these questions is
''too often'', you are probably suffering from stress,
you are not alone.Over half of the adult population
has had stress-related symptoms in the last year and
many of them have needed help of some kinds.Stress
is now the major health problem of our times.
STRESS
Stress is a bad disease. Nowadays, with the modern life, people have to
struggle with many factors that effect their health. We work very hard and
somtimes we are disappointed about the results. Actually, we should relax
and make our lives better. Entertaining with the family or friends help us
realise that the life is very nice and we need protect it from sadness and
worry. Turn off your PC and go out with your friends. I am sure that you will
be happy and comfortable. Nobody can choose future but we can make the
nice future by things that we have got for a long time.
Diet
If youre trying to eat healthy, a few simple tips are:
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat a balance of meat/protein, whole grains, fruit and
vegetables daily
- Dont skip breakfast. Eat something for breakfast
everyday
- Avoiding eating just because youre bored
- Eat regular meals
- Eat appropriate sized meal portions for your
Sleep
Getting enough sleep will also help increase your energy levels
to help you get through the day. Some tips for getting a good
nights sleep include:
- Have a routine for going to bed, e.g. having a shower, having
a warm drink, etc.
- Close the blinds or curtains before you go to bed and
minimize any light sources in the bedroom
- Turn off the TV and if you need to have music to help you
sleep, make sure you keep the volume down
- Turn off your phone.

Activity
Play
Another important part of having a healthy lifestyle is
remembering to play. Just taking time to laugh, have fun and
being around people who make you feel good is part of having
balance in your life. Take time to learn about what makes you
feel good and remember to include some of those things in your
day.
TOPIC 8: FUTURE
Have you ever thought about the future. It is maybe a better
world with a lots of new inventions which served people. A
world we can not imagine in this time. But, with the
development of technology, I think wars bewteen nations
will be the big proplem in the future. In next 100 years,
energy will be exhausted. Nations will attack each other for
energy source. More and more smart weapons will be
invented. They could destroy a large area or even a nation.
The world will have many people died. Besides,homeless
people will inscrease. There is only one way to solve it.
Nations must coporate together to find new energy, maybe
solar, wind, wave powerNations must limit to produce
weapons. Be together, we will make a better world.

Travel
I live in Quang Tri province and of the most attractive places
in my hometown is Cua Tung beach. It has a long smoothy
coast with cool clear water. We can see the seashore from a
long distance. It is very comfortable to swim and sunbathe.
The weather in my province is usually sunny with a high
temperature. Therefore, lying under the sun, of course with
an umbrella, watching people play volleyball, soccer and
some water sports is an intelligent choice. Moreover, it is a
To live and work well we must have good health. Health is one of the
most precious things which everyone should show consideration for.
If we are good healthy, we will do everything we want. That was
amazing. But in reality, we do not really know how to get good health.
Second, we should not use the computer for long time and stay up late because
it will cause fatigue, loss of concentration, memory loss. We should have the
habit of getting up early, do exercise regularly and choose a suitable sports
such as jogging, soccer, badminton, swimming, and yoga. They will help us
strong, relax and get in shape. If you are a busy person with job, I think you
should rest when you are tired and do yoga in free time, it will help improve the
health and relieve stress.
