Finance Limited is at PUNE, INDIA.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This consists of the sources of data, the research population, sample size and sampling techniques used in the study. It also
included the data gathering instruments & data analysis.

SOURCES OF DATA

Data is obtained from both the primary and the secondary sources.

Primary Data

The primary data is obtained by me in the form of questionnaire.

Secondary Data

The secondary data which already exists and have been preserved for further use and studies. These data are obtained from
sources such as books, journals, internet and textbooks.

RESEARCH POPULATION

The research population comprises of consumers visiting at the Authorised Dealers of BFL.

SAMPLE SIZE

A sample size of 50 consumers is chosen to get a better understanding of the consumers opinion.

DATA GATHERING INSTRUMENTS

Questionnaire is used to obtain data for the study. It followed a pattern of questions which helped to obtain the required data.
The questionnaire used is related to the objectives as well as the research questions of the study.
