TITLE

1.1 background of the study


Leadership can be defined as pattern
of behaviour designed to integrate
organizational and personal interest
in pursuit of some objective. (Dr.
Sopna V. Muhammed, 2012)
A perfect leadership style bring a
congenial organisational climate and
help to bring effevtiveness. (Dr.
Sopna V. Muhammed, 2012)

Organizational performance comprises the actual


output or results of an organization as measured
against its intended outputs (or goals and
objectives). (According to Richard et al. (2009).
Organizational performance involves the recurring
activities to establish organizational goals,
monitor progress toward the goals, and make
adjustments to achieve those goals more
effectively and efficiently.

Work motivation is important in


influencing people to energize their
thinking, fuel enthusiasm and colour
positive and negative emotional
reactions (Clark, 2003)
Motivation also generates mental
effort that drives us to apply all our
knowledge and skill into work

1.2 statement of the


problem
There are various frameworks or schemes that
depict the types of leadership styles from which
an entrepreneur may select the one, the most
appropriate to personal, subordinate and
organizational needs. ( Dr. Sopna V. Muhammed,
2012)
Motivation has significant and positive influence
toward job satisfaction.
Whether leadership style has significant
influence toward motivation and employee
performance (Risambessy et al, 2012)

The differences that existed between male and


female manager occupying leadership. (Ogundele,
O. Jolaosinmi. PhD 2012)
Eagly and Carli (2003b), these studies are
sometimes carried out to investigate whether the
scarcity of women in managerial positions can be
explained on the basis of the fact that they use less
effective leadership styles than men
In the last decades, attention has focused on gender
differences in transactional and
transformational leadership (e.g., Cuadrado &
Molero, 2002; Eagly et al., 2003).

leadership style that can influence of
performance in sport organization.
2. To identify the motivation that can
influence of performance of
organization.
3. To find the different leadership style
male and female in organization.

Research question
The research question of the study are:
1. Are there any difference in leadership
style toward the organization
performance?
2. Are there any relation in the motivation
and leadership style toward the
organization performance?
3. Are there any difference leadership style
among male and female toward
organization performance?

SIGNIFICANCE OF
THE STUDY

This study will identify the best outcome


o leadership style in the organization.
Besides that this study also can know
how to motivate people or worker to
become a good leader.
This study also can increase of female
become a top management.
