Obtain Approval Plan

After

making a site selection, architects and consultants will

conduct the initial planning work. One of them is carrying out a
land survey that aims to identify problems that may arise after the
construction work in progress.
They

also need to get information and meet legal requirements

as stipulated by the authorities. First, they need to discuss and talk
about the outline of the planning and master plan drawn by the
authorities and trying to obtain permission before continuing works
on plan made.
After

obtaining an approval for the construction, the first

completed plan is submitted for final approval by the authorities. If
approval is available at this stage, that construction work can be
done.
