India- a diversified country with a population of 1.34 billion, out
of which 67% of the population still resides in the rural areas.
Unemployment in India rising at an alarming rate. In rural sector,
unemployment rate was 5.1 per centwhereas in urban sector,
the rate was 4.9 per cent (2015-2016)
Hence, the need to create diversified job opportunities- matching
the right person with the right job.
Target Audience: Unemployed rural population, families falling
under the Below Poverty Line.

BUSINESS PROPOSAL
We are a firm that provides skilled workforce to
the local companies or industries.
We interact with the concerned authority in the
industry and learn about their upcoming projects.

Provide them assistance in Hiring.

Provide training to the unskilled workers.

FINANCIAL SOURCES
Initial Total Planned Investment: 15 lakhs
For kick-starting the project, each of the 5 Project
members deposit 50,000; i.e. 5 X 50,000 = Rs
2,50,000

Bharatiya Mahila Bank Scope and support for
Women Entrepreneurs.

It will be evaluated on the following criterion:1. Feasibility - (how soon the plan can be rolled and break-even is
reached)
2. Frugality - (how cheaply the problem is solved)
3. Novelty (how new is the idea, is there existing competitors if
a business plan or a failed idea in case of NGO or Government)
4. Scope and Scale of Impact
5. Market Identification and Segmentation
6. Vision (how long will the idea last?) The aspect of longevity
7. You need to have a description of advertisement you will want
to broadcast on TV about your organization.
