LATITUDE
Latitude is the measurement of the distance of a place from the
Equator. It affects the temperature of a place. Equatorial
regions are warmer than polar regions.
LANDFORM OR
RELIEF
It can affect some weather conditions. This
means inland temperatures are more extreme
than temperatures on the coast.
ALTITUDE
It is the height above the sea level of area. Places at higher
altitudes are cooler than at lower altitudes
DISTANCE FROM
THE SEA
The distance from the sea has an effect on the surrounding
land. Places near from the coast have more even
temperatures than inland places, where temperature
differences are more extreme. Costal areas are cooler in the
summer and warmer in winter.
