Potential Who could be Precautions to avoid the risk
Hazards harmed
Torture scenes Actors Make sure the characters know what
they are meant to be doing and ensure
they know the risks of the scene.
Tripping over Actors, Make sure all equipment and objects are
objects in the Cinematographer, tucked away nicely somewhere that is
basement Director and Editor out of foot reach. Also if there are any
chairs we will tuck them underneath or
remove them so they do not affect us in
any way.
Carrying heavy Actors, Make sure everyone carries an equal
equipment Cinematographer, amount of objects so it doesnt have to
Director and Editor much strain as well as taking our time
with carrying the objects or once our
arms get tired leave them for a bit.
Straining your eyes Editor Make sure the editor takes breaks in
between editing the scenes so that his
eyes do not strain which may have a
long term negative effect. And make
sure he is with in a reasonable distance
from the screen
Handling props Actors, Make sure we handle all props and
Cinematographer, equipment with care so that they do not
Director and Editor harm us in any way, for instance we
have to make sure the axe is handled
with great care as it can easily cut the
skin.
Straining your wrist Cinematographer Make sure the cinematographer takes
breaks in between scenes so that his
hands dont get tired which also
decreases the risk of any type of injuries.

Very High)
5- The torture scenes involve
dangerous equipment and different
materials such as axes and fake
blood which can be very harmful to
the body.
3- We will have a lot of equipment
and bags around the basement
which can be very hazardous as we
may trip over them and severely
injure ourselves. This can easily be
avoided.
3- Carrying heavy equipment can
be very risky as they may drop on
someone's foot or even break the
equipment.
4- If the editor stares at the
computer for too long it may strain
their eyes making them hurt and
burn. This can ruin the editors eyes
irreversibly.
5- Our props are very dangerous
equipment that can harm the body
by cutting it etc. in order to prevent
this we need to handle them with
great care to ensure no one gets
hurt.
3- The cinematographer may strain
their wrist if they carry their filming
equipment for to long which will
make it harder for them to use the
equipment and therefore
