She observed the decedent, naked and holding a knife.
The decedent raised the knife and walked toward her.
The decedent had several cuts on his arms and legs.
The decedent chased her and S2 with the knife.

Victim S2
He observed the decedent who was naked and had
several cuts on his forearms and legs which were
bleeding.
The decedent raised the knife over his head and
chased him.

Observed the decedent from his window naked in
the parking lot.
Observed S1 being chased by the decedent while
holding a knife.
Observed S2 approach the decedent who began to
chase S2 while holding the knife.
All three went around a corner and out of view.

Observed Palmer naked with a knife.
Palmer moved toward him and he retreated to the
CCFD vehicle.
Palmer did not attempt to get into their vehicle.
He observed Palmer crouch behind a short fence.
He believed Palmer was going to ambush someone.
He pointed to Palmers location for Officer
Bicsanszky.
He observed Bicsanszky exit his vehicle with a
bean bag gun.
Palmer aggressively approached and Bicsanszky
fired the bean bag gun three times, striking Palmer
in the chest. 34

He was approached by S1 who stated a naked male who was
bleeding (Palmer) was chasing her with a knife.
He and W3 looked around the building and observed Palmer
naked, bleeding and holding a knife.
Palmer approached them and they moved into their CCFD vehicle
and locked the doors.
He observed Palmer kneel behind some propane tanks and
thought he may be waiting to catch the security officer.
When Officer Bicsanszky arrived he pointed in the direction of
Palmer.
Observed Officer Bicsanszky exit his vehicle with a bean bag gun.
Officer Bicsanszky backed up while yelling at Palmer to stop and
put the knife down.
Bicsanszky fired the bean bag gun three times, and Palmer was
knocked back but regrouped and still held the knife.
Palmer sprinted toward Officer Bicsanszky who fired two times .

Information

He arrived on the south side of the Gold
Strike.
Observed a Clark County Fire Department
ambulance parked.
He made eye contact with the driver as he
put his hands in the air indicating that he
was wondering where the suspect was.
Driver pointed to the west.
He continued to pull forward as he did not
see anybody.
He observed Palmer completely naked
with a knife.
He stopped the vehicle and exited with the
Low Lethal shotgun. 37
Palmer was holding a knife and began to
walk toward him.
He gave verbal commands but Palmer
continued walking then running toward him.
He fired four rounds from the Low Lethal
and saw them strike Palmer with no effect.
He dropped the Low Lethal shotgun and
transitioned to his handgun.
He fired one round at Palmer who continued
toward him.
He fired a second round at Palmer who then
fell to the ground.
Palmer then sat up and threw the knife at
him, which missed. 38
