In this presentation we talking about responsibilities associated

with jobs in airport in the second process activity.


The airport maintenance technicians, as the name
implies, are in charge, mainly the maintenance and
repair of airport facilities and equipment. There are
five specialties: Communications and electronics, low
voltage, electronics and air conditioning, energy
production and visual help, and laboratory.

Major Maintenance

These are the deepest technical inspections to which the


fleet aircraft are subjected, as well as repairs,
modifications and tests according to the
approved maintenance plans.
Maintenance Line

It consists of the minor, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks


required to ensure the safe operation of the aircraft and compliance
with the Approved Maintenance Plans for each model. The Line
Maintenance isdone in Santiago and in all the Stations where our

airplanes operate.
Employment Development
The Maintenance Technicians who work in these
units can specialize in different functions, whether
in relation to the mechanical, electrical or
electronic of the aircraft, as well as the support
areas such as: Structure, Composite Materials,
Components, Coatings, etc. .
