Interface with Service Request

Key considerations for synchronization

The service request will be processed further only when it has CMS ID/Number
and Business Process

CMS system should store the Service request number against the CMS ID/Number.

During entire Life cycle of Service Request, both (CMS & SAP) should have counter
parts ids.
